It is our practice to disclose any information we receive about the vehicle or its title from the auction to the customer at the time of purchaseIn this case we were not given any information suggesting that the vehicle had a branded title and we were provided a title with no brands indicatedPlease find a copy attached

I apologize that you have had a negative experience with us. When we agreed to take the vehicle off of the line and hold it for you pending finance over the weekend, we discussed the fact that the banks were closed and that we would need to get your approval early in the week. When you came to...

our lot on Monday morning we had not had enough time to get you approved and therefore, could still not release the vehicle to you.  We have now, Tuesday, gotten your approval and you are welcome to come pick up your vehicle. Once again, we are sorry for the delay and that you have had a bad experience. I will discuss with Joe his verbal interaction with you and it will not be repeated in the future to another customer.
