I would like to start by saying the business and its owner did not offer me a tire for the one that was bad and separatingHe was very dismissing and uncompromising and seemed like he did not want to help me or resolve this issue at allAlso I did fix the problems with the suspension on my own accord even though he never mentioned the problems to me but like I said I knew about them already and fixed them the day afterI had the car aligned fixed the tie rod end and had new subframe bushings put in the very next day after I went back and visited him a month after the first time I visited himI have all the proper receipts and documentation to prove all this and can show them if need be I have the paperwork from *** *** which they said the two tires on the right side we're at 30% which is barely legal to be on your car in the first placeIf the business owner would have offered me a tire for the one that was separating I would have taken it but he never did so I would like one for that and another for the two on the right side that were below the quality what he said they were or I would like my money back and I'll give him all his tires back and go somewhere where my service will be guaranteedI don't know if anyone else has had problems with this business but it wouldn't surprise me because they have already changed their name a couple times the Revdex.com has them as Affordable Auto Works but if you look them up right now their current name is GT Auto Repair I hope this information is helpful and I hope for a resolution and to get this matter squared away thank you

The concern that Mr *** contacted you for was due to us telling him that the tires will be bad right away because his front end suspension is in very poor shape and we told him to replace the front end parts first and then put the tires on but he insisted on replacing the tires.When he
came a month later after he said he replaced the front end suspension parts and he said of the tires are low in thread and the 3rd one is separating I offered to replace the one but he wanted a whole new set and I said you purchased a used set of tires and I can only replace the one that was separating he said that this is unacceptable and he demanded a new set and he said that he will report me to the Revdex.com and flag all my ads and I answered that what he said is not fair and then he left.So you can see from the conversation I did what I can to please the customer

her.First she only paid 140$ for all 4 tires include labor and she has the receipt. I have no problem returning the money for the tires which is 80$ the service and disposal and tax is 60$ so I can return the money for the tires.By the way the tires she bought where 65% thread which means 6.5/32.I can give her her money back for the tires when she return the old tires and she got the tires almost 3 months ago now so she used them and I have no problem returning the full amount back.
