Never sent a deposit or check of any kind we do not hold cars or ship them without payment, I have proof he never bought the car on [redacted] they keep records on all sales, Said he talked to me about the car on 1/1/also not possible I have proof I bought the car from the auction on 1/18/lots of scams going on we protect our business by not shipping cars out of state till full payment is made & we do not hold cars for longer than 24hs without a bill of sale or deposit all listed on ***s sale page

I took my Samsung Galaxy tablet to be repaired on June21,paid $ for them to look at the tabletThey kept my tablet and said they would check it outThey said it needed battery and charging repair On June 25, I returned to FixAPhone and paid $for the repairsI was told it would take about a week to get partsI used my Cabelas Visa card for both payments( last four digits 8431)After a week I called FixAPhone they said the parts had not come inAfter another few days I called again they said the parts would be there in days and it would be ready to pickupAfter nearly another week I called again they said the parts would there on the following MondayI returned to FixAPhone on the following Wednesday to pickup my tablet and I was told the parts were not there but they expected them soonAt that time on July ,I requested a refund and the return of my tablet that had not been repairedThey said that if I could wait a few more days the parts

The date 01/01/was a typo, it was 01/20/the car was not purchased through ***, as there was an agreement to purchase outside of the business for the price of $6,I have attached screen shots of the text messages between Mr*** and myselfWhich again outline the original details in my complaintI aslo have screen shots of the email from ***, but I am limited to the amount of files I cane upload on your site.
As you can see in the text messages, Mr*** was provided the *** Tracking Number, yet never informed me there was an issueWe communicated on 01/27/2016, and there was no mention of a problemMr*** was notified I had contracted a shipper and was awaiting a pickup date and time
I was never even contacted by Mr*** after the fact of him selling the vehicle to someone elseThe shipper contacted me and informed me the dealer was not releasing the vehicle

In regards to claim ***, *** ***On Sept *** had her car towed to my shop claiming the car would not driveUpon arriving at the shop on Sept *** met me to have a look at her vehicleAt which time I noticed she had a broken axel I also suspected the transmission had
failed, I advised of bothI recommended Start at the first problem, replace axelI quoted *** the price of for the axel and replacement, at which time *** said, go ahead with the workAfter completion of the axel replacement, the transmission was the main cause of ***'s mechanical failure, in addition to the axelI placed a phone call to *** and advised her of the situation with her vehicle*** than advised me she did not have the money for the first repair let alone the second, replying she would not pay for the repairsOn Sept 15, I placed A phone Call to *** to inform her there would be a storage fee of a day till she put any amount down toward the axel repair, at which time I would stop storage and let her get caught up with the repair bill*** also tried to have her vehicle removed from the property without paying her bill after shop hoursShe reacted very belligerent and demeaning toward me and our staffI tried to work with *** on several occasions, only to be met argument and accusationsOn Oct *** came to the shop to make a payment of and retrieve personal belongings, in which I obliged her requestAt current *** still owes In repairs and in storage from Sept 15- Oct Thank you for your attention
