from DMV and never did.If you look at the content of her complaint she admits that she never provide us with the title and that we never asked for it. She admits that she provided us with the temporary registration and not the title.she contact us on November **, 2015 a year later and indicated that the case was over and she wanted he title back. We responded that we did not have the title and that she would have to get the title from DMV. Her response was we were responsible and we indicated were not since we did not have an actual title in the first place. Further if you read her complaint carefully she did not purchase the vehicle a third party did at auction and signed it over to her. in order to get the temporary registration she provide us with, she would have had to turn that into DMV to get a new title. So it stands to reason that she never provide us with a tile . Our records do not indicate that she ever provided the actual title steven z[redacted]business manager ABNY

Review: I gave Affordable Bail $2,100 to bail out [redacted] but because the bail increased I could no longer afford it and asked for a refund in August 2015. Since August 2015 I've been getting the run around and spoke with Andrew, Jason, Frank, Tom, Sal, and Harry. When I ask to speak with the owner Steven Z[redacted] he's never available. They are stating that they have a check for me in the amount of $940 but does not know when I will receive the remaining balance.Desired Settlement: I expect to be given a refund in the total amount I gave to them of $2,100 in one shot.

Review: On 11/**/14 I tracey went to affordable bail bonds to bail someone out of a N.Y correctional facility. The amount of Jerome bell bail was 5,000 $ . I posted 460 in cash and a title to my 2001 Nissan maxima . After the case was over and the disposition became availible I them went back to the location on queens blvd only to be made aware that they had moved and the title was located at the new office in nassau county . after going to the hempstead office they made me aware that they couldn't notFind the title and didn't have any recollection of the title being taking , just a copy of the registration for the vehicle . now the thing is the car was purchased from Someone who purchased the car from the marshals auction which the title came back in his name and at the time he did sign it over , car still being registered to me . I made the bondsman aware of that and he asked me to fax a copy of the registration which they have , but no title . With that being said affordable bail bonds are not helping me with the title of even trying to pay for the expenses to replace it . On a 5,000 bail all they have is 460$ cash payment and a copy of the registration. I cannot register or insure my car at this point as well even find the buyer from the auction to even send for a new one .Desired Settlement: I would like affordable bail bonds to find the title or pay for the cost of the hell going to go through to replace the title for the car .
