Regards, this job was done by affordable basement solutions NOT [redacted] my proposal writting on letter head affordable basement solutionsit also said line to 12inch
Ralph D*** He said he panting a lineIf he did that he would have been on my neighbor driveway .their was No paint line he still might be on my neighbor prop.line what was his anson to 12inch.deep the line for my downspout drain has nothing to do with his so call job he seen a quick way to make 8hundred cash That not bad for 3hourAfter use inch pipe saying it cols.code
Customer said he wanted a french drain put along the side of his house and tied into a existing downspout line. There was never any talk as to how deep or what size pipe we ware going to use. The depth of the pipe is controlled by the elevation as to where we were ask to connect it at...
and could never be 10 to 12 inches deep. Almost everyone knows that if you want a drain to work by gravity it cannot be 9" below the drain you are connecting it to. And the 3" pipe that we installed is never going to reach even 20% of its capacity. I tried to explain this to Ralph but he just dose not understand . He was very happy when we left the job and later after it rained he got water in his basement .WE did not do any type of basement waterproofing. WE did not promise him that he would not get water in his basement. In fact we told him that if he continued to have this problem that we also had a Company Named Affordable Basement Solutions and would be happy to give him an estimate to stop his water problem and it would come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY... THIS JOB WAS DONE BY [redacted] NOT AFFORDABLE BASEMENT....... Regardless I am the owner of both and was there working on this project. I am sorry to say but we cannot run water uphill so it cannot be lower and the 3" is THE size of pipe used on downspout lines and was the size of pipe he was given a price to install .. EVEN if we could do what he is asking it will not dry up his basement ... The work to do this needs to be done 7 feet deep down at the basement floor level... He is telling us that we did not do his job right because he read it on the internet and he knows he is right..... And I really wish he would stop using the LORD name in vain..... Again his problem is far beyond what the or any french drain is going to cure... RALPH... Call the [redacted] or the [redacted] or [redacted] Solutions Let the Pros give you the solution and an estimate and get the leaks fixed ....... It may be easier or less than you think............
Yes this is what we done for you and the line is as deep as the line we tied into in fact it runs right beside it all the way. This is the spot you moved it to after we had it mark with paint two feet over . We moved it and put it right were you asked. And now that you still have water in your basement you think changing it will fix it. YOU NEED TO DO BASEMENT WATERPROOFING NOT FRENCH DRAINS. This type of French drain is under your basement floor. Like I said we put it right were you ask and tied it in right were you paid us to,just like the invoice says and there is no warranty on this for leakage But our basement waterproofing comes with a lifetime warranty ..... This is the type of work you need . Thanks Tony
