Affordable Brakes & Tires Plus

I took my vehicle to get the wheels and tires re-installed on my vehicle which Affordable had previously done. This time not only did it take over 3 hrs (with only 4 vehicles in the garage), but when I went to leave, my TPMS system in my vehicle was reading low on the front passenger tire. I then noticed my driver side tire was completely flat. The guy who I assumed to be the manager took my car back inside the garage and 30 more minutes later it was fixed. I then got home, which is 40 minutes away, and noticed the center caps on my rims weren't sitting flush anymore. I removed them and tried to reset them but only one would do so. When I got to the front passenger tire's cap, I noticed one of the bolts in which the lug nuts screw into was completely stripped and missing one of the locks that replaced the lugs. I took it to a local shop and they said it'd be $100 to fix it. I then called Affordable and notified them that one of their employees noticed that this had happened and didn't even care to mention it to me but instead, had me drive home hoping I wouldn't see it immediately if at all. I explained to the manager that this was bad business and I was very upset! He told me to come down ASAP so he could fix the bold issue and take a look at my center caps. They also replaced the screw to one of my center caps with the wrong size screw and color. I paid for 4 rims and tires w/ 4 black screws and a set of locks, and in return received back, 4 wheels and tires, 3 black screws, and 1 chrome screw (wrongly sized). Now I have to go out of my way on Monday and drive back down to get it fixed. This is also the start of my vacation! Their employee covered up his mistake and let me drive away with 4 locks on my wheels instead of 5. Had I not taken the caps off, I would've never found out until later and their excuse would've been that they didn't do it.Business Response The issue has all ready taking care of, the same day we spoke with the customer and he agreed to come the next day to get the wheel stud replaced, we fixed it by replacing it with a new one, we also spoke about a center cap that he needed to replace and we had to special order but after that he didn't contact us.
