I am rejecting this response because: I went through HELL to get my money back! Leroy was bent on NOT giving me a refund! Leroy is a liar & a cheat!! I had to take a police officer in with me to Leroys office to get my refundLeroy loves making people jump through his hoop! Yes after a week I finally did get my money back but Leroy did not do it happily! You can send my response to LeroyPlease keep my original complaint on him on your file! People need to know they should not be doing business with him

repaired the stone and clearly knows nothing about stone or granite because it came that way. That being said we cut a new piece for them anyways with no argument. She can make up all the excuses she wants about the island. FACT-- I personally measured the job. When I came to the house the only one there was her brother. I asked what size
overhang they wanted and HE verified what it was to be. They got exactly what they ordered. We never demanded cash from her. The whole job was done and they had not paid a penny. I left a message that we take discover-MC-visa or check and take 4% off for cash. She later came in and informed me that we were not to deal with the brother because he was deficient in some capacity and was not to make decisions. [redacted]'s son or brother came in met with Jackie and again verified the island with Norm our cutter. Norm will tell you that because we always verify overhangs prior to fabrication. His number is [redacted]. Jackie's number is [redacted]. She really needs to get her facts straight. When she finally came in to pay I was busy with a whole shop full of people. I simply said that I did not know what her bill was and did not have time to do it. I told her to pay what she thought she owed and I would go over it. That did not mean taking a 200.00 deduction because she thinks she got the wrong size island on something others that work with her ordered. She never looked at the stone, never gave me measurements, never verified a single thing. SHE GOT EXACTLY WHAT SHE ORDERED. If she did not get what she ordered then we would have replaced it. I went over it with Mr [redacted]. End of story.

Very simply put. These people did not pay. We had a contract with them not there contractor. We put a lein on the property. We welcome the decision of any judge.
