I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below While RGM did come and replace the panel box, it did not resolve the problemI continue to run out of hot water before my entire showerMy husband takes his shower in the evening, I take mine in the morningA gallon tank is just not large enough for this apartment.The windows continue to retain the moisture on the inside and they have no intentions to replace themIn a letter they sent to me they told me I could use the same cleaner on the windows as I do in the bathroom, that is just not reasonablethey are the old aluminum windows that clip shutThe storm windows do not even fit correctly.Regards, [redacted]

January 22, 2018Response to Complaint # [redacted] RGM properties takes all complaints seriously and our number one goal is to resolve any customer dissatisfaction with our companyHowever, we are becoming frustrated with Ms [redacted] because she continues to make work order request for things that she wants changed but aren't brokenWe have been To her apartment to check the windows timesThey open and close properly each time we check themShe complains that they are oldWe have been to her apartment times for the water heaterAll components check out OKOur water heater test showed straight hot water running for over minutesThe water heater in Ms [redacted] 's apartment is less than years old and no issues can be found with it other than it is gallons, which does limit how long you can stay in the shower or how many people can shower back to backShe complains that we don't come to her apartment for minor maintenance after business hours, stating that we have hour maintenanceWe have repeatedly explained to Ms [redacted] that our service after hours is for emergency maintenance onlyAnything that could cause harm to a resident or the property, uncontrollable water leak or no heat in the winter are emergencies.It is our position that Ms [redacted] 's is being unrealistic in her expectations of the apartment and of our serviceRGM properties does not think it would ever be able to please Ms [redacted] and therefore feel it would be best to release her from her lease without penaltyAll she needs to do is give us a day notice and leave at the end of the month.We will continue to do everything in our power to resolve any maintenance issues Ms [redacted] hasEven if the calls are the same and we can't find an issue we will continue to diagnose and search for a solution to her issue as we have done since day of her tenancyAs of today January 22, our maintenance team is checking out the apartment's electrical panel and breakersJust to make sure that there is not a problem that is intermittent, causing the water heater to work properly when we check it and then not work when Ms [redacted] takes a shower

While RGM did come and replace the panel box, it did not resolve the problem. I continue to run out of hot water before my entire shower. A 38 gallon tank is just not large enough for this apartment.The windows continue to retain the moisture on the inside and they have no intentions to replace them. that she wants changed but aren't broken. We have been To her apartment to check the windows 5 times. They open and close properly each time we check them. She complains that they are old. We have been to her apartment 3 times for the water heater. All components check out OK. Our water heater test showed straight hot water running for over 10 minutes. The water heater in Ms. [redacted]'s apartment is less than 2 years old and no issues can be found with it other than it is 38 gallons, which does limit how long you can stay in the shower or how many people can shower back to back. She complains that we don't come to her apartment for minor maintenance after business hours, stating that we have 24 hour maintenance. We have repeatedly explained to Ms. [redacted] that our service after hours is for emergency maintenance only. Anything that could cause harm to a resident or the property, uncontrollable water leak or no heat in the winter are emergencies.It is our position that Ms. [redacted]'s is being unrealistic in her expectations of the apartment and of our service. RGM properties does not think it would ever be able to please Ms. [redacted] and therefore feel it would be best to release her from her lease without penalty. All she needs to do is give us a 30 day notice and leave at the end of the month.We will continue to do everything in our power to resolve any maintenance issues Ms. [redacted] has. Even if the calls are the same and we can't find an issue we will continue to diagnose and search for a solution to her issue as we have done since day 1 of her tenancy. As of today January 22, 2018 our maintenance team is checking out the apartment's electrical panel and breakers.
