My husband and son were down in the xxxxx area After a very long and draining flight, phone problems, and just travel blues this shuttle sevice picked up my family and found a place for them to eat before delivering them to their hotel My husband and son ranted and raved about the outstanding and caring service that this company provided Very professional, vehicle was very clean and very professional and the driver was one in a million Thank you so much for taking care of my family I recommend this service to all You just can't beat the personalized service this company provides Thank you so much! I booked this service to the airport from my home in ***, the driver Ron was amazing had great customer service and a lovey conversationGetting to the airport realizing that I had no cash on me so I informed the driver that I would like to leave gratuity on the credit cardDriver then stated that they were not able to accept gratuity on the credit cardScheduled a ride home again with the shuttle and asked the next driver as it wasnt ron why is it they couldnt accept gratuity on credit card???Driver informed me that the owner of the company would keep the money and the driver would never see itWHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS??? The owner of the company is rude and arrogant and hangs up on potential future customersDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
