To whom it may concern:It has come to my attention that one of our customers *** *** has lodged a complaint regarding some work we performed on her homeOur sales person met her on site and evaluated the problem she was having with water draining out between the gutter and the face board on
the front of her houseTypically, when we have this type of problem it requires additional flashing between the gutter and the drip edge to prevent water from draining between the twoOur installer was out on or around December 28, and installed the proper flashing needed to correct this problemUnfortunately for *** the problem was deeper than thatWhen she called and left us know that the problem was still there our sales person went back and used her hose to mimic a rain event and it was evident that there were more issuesAt this point we had performed the work in the original contract as it was spelled out and signed by *** and our sales person.We came up with a plan to make the repairs and what it would cost to do the workAt this point *** felt she was being taken advantage of and so we decided for the sake of good public relations to do the repair at a no cost to her which we completed on July 18, The problem was a builder or roofer issue and had nothing to do with the work we performed.I spoke with *** in mid-September to see if the issue was resolved and she stated that it has been working as it should since the repairs were madeShe seemed satisfied at this time.Thank YouMarlin M.September 22,
