I had a contract to purchase a car with this dealer I sent in a deposit of $1,and then paid $for an inspection The inspection turned up performance problems with the engine and transmission The dealer renegotiated the price from $22,to $20, we signed a contract at that price and I wired the funds The dealer then calls me back and says his wife was upset with him about the price The dealer wires me back the money and then the car is no longer available on his website So it looks like a written contract means nothing to this dealer Buyer beware!!!!!!! He has not compensated me for my time or efforts and has disregarded our written contract between us What I believe has happened is he sold the car for a higher price after we had a written contract but I do not know since the dealer will not say why he is not honoring the original contract of $22,of which his wife was pleased with All in all what a terrible experience and definitely not an honorable man I am contemplating taking this to court since I do have a written contract that the dealer is not performing on
