When I decided to sell my house in 2014, I called Affordable Cleaning to help get it into shapeThey advertised a deep cleaning service, which was less expensive than [redacted] ***I had a deadline for showings on the weekend, and they were to come that FridayLynda and her partner called and said they were running lateAfter two hours, I called them, and they said they were getting food, apologized for being late and managed to show up in the afternoonIt was quickly apparent that they had no intentions of a "deep cleaning." In fact, in areas where they had been (window dressings, stove, wall by stove), it actually looked worse, simply because they smeared things around without removing any filth/grimeI still have picturesI quickly expressed displeasure in their businessIt was nearly the end of the day, and they had made zero progressI requested they come back in first thing in the morning to accomplish somethingThey said with payment they wouldI regrettably paid them, in cash, and never asked for a receiptI never heard from them againI called several times, even after selling my house to let them know how unprofessional I found them to be, and get some sort of explanationThey dodged my callsI also attempted to leave a review as most of theirs are quite positive onlineI was unable to post a negative review, which explained why they had nearly all positive reviewsI should have known what level of service they would offer from the minute I seen their car (absolutely filthy and unkempt)I cleaned my house, including all areas they "cleaned." I have never received more dishonest service in yearsI get a guttural negative response when I think about the two people running this business I don't care much about being out a few hundred bucksI DO CARE A LOT about the dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and apathetic nature of those two people

This is untrue he was charged and was told after that it would be per visit since we had not deep cleaned his unit for months that I would not charge him I would give him the first cleaning for which was made in a money for proof that we did not charge him 100.00, and that
his cleaning would be cleaning if he cleaned bi-weekly if he continued to do monthly cleanings it would be because it a messing unitI did tell him to see if ss would refund him since they do pay for clients cleanings depending on clients issue and he would have to ask his worker to find out if he is eligibleInstead of making a compliant you should of called the office to try and resolve an issue before going here

I am sorry that you feel that way, BUT I AM POSTIVE YOU ASKED YOUR CREDIT CARD , company for the refund a month ago so why do you feel that we owe you a refund in the first place?

Very professional and did a great job on my rental property cleaned all units their teams worked well together and were very detailed in cleaning the student move out

We attempted to cleaned the complaints apartment on seprate occassions she nor anyone in the apartment answer the door nor their phoneI emailed her later that day to inform her that we were there and she would have to re-book her cleaning she did and then again no one was thereI personnal went
to her place and knocked and rang the bell with no response from anyoneShe left serval messages in emailed very awful words and I emailed her and told her I would not serve her and that we would refund her minus the cost of our policy that there is a fee for not being able to get to the property on the date and time, we do have online cancellations as well as bookingthere is no reason for her to be disrespectful to the staff answering the phones or emails it is not their fault she did not hear her doorbell and the gps's installed in the cars have them going and leaving after minutes of not being able to get into the apartment and there is no refund for no showsI did tell her I would send it to accounting and they denied it due the fact of on occiasions she was not there with staff members along with fuel costsI feel she over stepped our customer friendlyness and I can only deduct the loss of employees times their wage for the hour of driving there waiting and driving back to the office of times of the attempts to service her which totals plus the no show cost of $twice which is I can send her a check for $

I did want to follow up with you and am hoping you are able to include this in the posting as well
Affordable Cleaning of Madison didn't mail any refund anywhere as stated in their response It has been over two weeks and nothing has been received Customers should know that their credit card can also be helpful when you have a dispute with an unethical company My credit card, Capital One, has also researched my dispute and history with the company They have issued me a refund this week even though the company seemed to be incapable of it(though they have claimed to have on three separate occasions)

Your refund was issued and you should receive it in the mail and for the record you cancelled 3 of the 5 appointments schedule and there is a fee of 25.00 for cancelled appointments without 24 hour noticed I did not respond because I felt there was not else to say after you were rude on the phone. I...

did not agree with your compliant but as a business owner I felt that you would get full payment and I did not like your friends calling me with threats on my life to come to my house and beat the cleaning fee out of me please do not contact me nor this company again or I will call the police. That means the men calling my cell my home or office numbers with threats on my life they were recorded.
