service, which the homeowner canceled...We made several documented attempts to reach the customer again with no response on the customers end. We received a letter in the mail with the customers grievance and left a message on her answering machine to call use so we can resolve the issue..We have a 24/7 answering service that documents all calls. The customer never called us to resolve the matter but immediately went to all online platforms to state her grievance. After numerous attempts to get a hold of the customer we were able to resolve the issue. We have attached a copy of the agreement specifications.

this is just not true.  They schedule an appointment 4 times and did not show up once. I personally looked inside at the coil and it was not cleaned.

On 6-28-16 our technician went out to the stated customers residence for a [redacted] special tune up. Upon arrival he discovered that the indoor evaporator coil was dirty and he recommended we clean it. We cleaned the coil with environmental safe coil cleaner. The customer called a few days later and...

mentioned that he had a different contractor come out and they had recommended he do a coil cleaning as well. He contacted our office in regards to us not performing the work and requested a refund.  We did indeed try to reschedule twice with this customer and the first time we showed up to the residence and there was no one home. the second time we rescheduled he had called the day before and canceled the appointment. We have tried to contact him on two separate numbers and left voicemails for him so we can refund him the total invoice. The numbers that we called are; [redacted] and [redacted]. We pride ourselves on quality work and quality customer service and would like to resolve this issue and refund him with the amount he has requested, but we are unable to get in touch with him.

The BEST A/C company we have used in the six years we have lived here. Extremely knowable technitions that take the time to explain any issues.

We are HUGE fans (no pun intended) of this family-owned business! Jesses Butler, his dad and a wonderful work team are efficient, fair priced, punctual, friendly and it's a pleasure to have them resolve whatever heating and cooling issue we have. We've had one air conditioner replaced, another, wonderfully maintained, venting cleaned and semi annual maintenance checks...all scheduled within a reasonable time frame. And, when the occasion called for it, they did their very utmost best with a tight schedule to remedy an unscheduled minor repair.

I spoke with a gentleman on Saturday morning by around 9:00-10:00 A.M. His name was Michael, very personable and understanding of my particular circumstances. He said he would need to contact me right back, so that he could find out which technicians would be out. I received a call right away. The technician Carl arrived and was very personable/professional. Before he left after the repair, he made sure the system was operating correctly. I was impressed from start to finish!

Just bit on a 39.95 special and was talked into a five year service contract but I did go on the roof and check out the "pictures" of what was needed. Technician was timely, polite, and seemed competent. Jury is out on whether this was a good deal.

We can't say enough good things about Affordable Comfort and their wonderful staff! They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and timely in their response for service. We have been given excellent care for, ,both, repairs and maintenance. Jesse and his staff are great and we highly recommend them!

Very courteous, professional and super helpful. Price to come to our home and service our a/c was great as well.

Amazing service. Definitely went above and beyond to get our A/C up and running. We called late in the afternoon and they squeezed us in. Richard came out and assessed the problems, gave us options, and then a fair quote. He had another appointment, so he called Kyle and asked if he'd mind coming out after hours to help us out and Kyle was here within 30 min!!!!! I can not express my gratitude with their thoughtfulness and excellent work. I Strongly recommend this company, Richard and Kyle!
