Affordable Compression Socks

Do not order from this company. I ordered from affordable compression socks two and a half weeks ago and we're still waiting for our order. They sent an email asking for a review of the company and how we enjoyed the socks and we never received them yet so I wrote a one-star review how bad they were and they deleted the review. Do not order from this company terrible customer service can't call them.

The size chart for compression socks is incorrect. I very carefully measured my calf and then checked the size chart. When the socks arrived, they do not fit. Way too small. I contacted the company and was told there do not issue refunds only exchanges. Since the socks don't fit, I certainly don't want to exchange for more socks that don't fit. I do NOT recommend and I will not be buying from them again.

After 18 days have not received my order from Phoenix to Yuma (200 miles). No response to emails or to phone calls. Left messages, nothing. I do not believe they even shipped socks.

This company has no "customer service"!!!! I got a tracking number that never moved. Numerous emails and calls unanswered. When I emailed that I was filing a dispute of charges with my credit card company and would file a complaint with the Revdex.com I got an email that first blamed the post office for losing the package and then they blamed the corona virus pandemic for their problems with stock. There was no pandemic when I ordered!. Then I was told the items were back ordered. Why would they give me a tracking number if they have no product!! They can't keep their lies straight. After 34 days of this nonsense I got the socks and the chemical smell when I opened them actually gave me a headache. I've washed them twice and they still stink...guess the socks picked up the smell from this stinky company. Wish I could give them a minus 5 rating.

Bought 2 anti-snore chin strap products which, despite 5-star reviews on their site, did not work at all. Company does not issue refunds. And my 1-star review never appeared on the site. Only 5-star reviews are shown. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I placed two orders on November 5. One order had 4 socks and the other 1 compression sock. I received multiple emails that the order was received and on it's way. On November 11, I received 1 of the 2 orders. Then I received 2 emails stating both orders had been delivered. To date, I emailed 4 times to try to connect with someone and I left 5 Voicemails asking for a callback only to have received no phone call back. This is a terrible way to do business. They were quick to charge my bank card, however, not quick to resolve the problem. The package I did not receive was to contain only 1 compression sock. There should be a way to contact this business and let them know how poorly run it is!!

This review is one start higher than I would have liked. Like others I should have looked here first. The socks arrived quickly, but the first time I put on one of the pairs, I discovered a hole in one sock. I emailed. I emailed again. I emailed a third time with a subject of "Defective Merchandise" and got a boiler-plate reply providing impossible return requirements. I won't do business with them again.

Wish I would have looked here first. Website says ships in 1-2 days. It has been over a week and they still have not shipped. Only took minutes to charge my credit card tho. Tried calling for hours. Line is always busy. Day or night. Seems like a scam to me. I would not waste my time. Credit card company has been notified of fraudulent transaction as nothing was ever sent

wrong size ..refused new stockings..no phone response.. emails not nice..no help!!!

Although I like their products, their customer service stinks! When I wanted to return some items, I emailed twice & phoned once but got no response whatsoever. Finally I just returned the items with a note, but didn't receive a credit.

Do not buy from this company!! They are the worst company to deal with! We accidentally purchased more socks then needed, returned them and have not gotten our refund and it has been over a month! They refuse to answer emails, messages, even facebook messenger! Out over $60.. They are the worst

Horrible company. Should get zero stars!!! Bought compression socks and could not return them. They do not accept returns except for size exchange. They refuse to give charge credit even though the package was not opened as the doctor advised they not wear compression stockings. My elderly mother is now at a loss of $27.48.

Awful company. Customer service is basically non-existent. I notified them on 20 July I was not happy with the mis-represented product. They tried to force me to keep what I had. I insisted on replacement. It took me until 12 September to receive the replacement items. I had to email and call numerous times, without ever getting the courtesy of a reply from either until my FOURTH email requesting an update on my replacement items. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I sent my order back for a refund, left my email,phone# no response for a month...I call the number daily and hear the same recording...there is no such thing as customer service for this rag company.i"m getting ready to advertise their dolessness on facebook, DON'T BUY ST FROM THEM.

Sent me a single sock.Wrong size. My numerous attempt to contact them were futile . Never answered neither email nor phone calls.
There is no way to get a refund or replacement.

recieved item two weeks after ordering.quality very poor and did not look like picture on website.I should have checked reviews before ordering tried to call to return but read other reviews and decided to take my losses.

I ordered two pair of zipper compression stockings. They were too small. I tried to contact the company and after a few days received an email offering me a larger pair. At this point I had already left on my travels. Two subsequent emails have not been answered. Would not recommend this item due to poor service and it certainly looks like I'm stuck with a product that I cannot use. Not pleased

ANYONE THAT IS EVEN THINKING OF PLACING AN ORDER-DO NOT !!! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM !!!!! I HAD TO FIGHT LIKE CRAZY TO GET MY REFUND BACK FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. AFFORDABLE COMPRESSION SOCKS OPERATED BY NOTHING BUT CROOKS. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

Have attempted to return socks under 30 day refund policy. No response from company to on-line notice to them. Telephone number listed on their website does not work. Would not do business with them again.
