The customer could have been proactive and resolved any future issues simply by using a smaller pallet and possibly stacking the loose boxes on top of the furnace, thus reducing the cubage of the shipment and footprint on the trailer floorWe could have even offered a possible reduction without a full cut back on this one, but the customer was adamant they were correct
