Riley A. Burke is a scammer. He sold me a salvaged vehicle and I only found out because my insurance company would not insure the car. When I confronted him he stated the car was not a salvaged vehicle (I recorded him). When I had the car towed back to the dealership and told him I wanted my $6000 back he told me he would not give me my money back and he told me that the car was salvaged before I got it (recorded also). I called him a liar. He became so disrespectful and rude and hung up in my face. I am fighting now to get my money back. Any suggestions from anyone. Check his Facebook reviews; they are awful. He makes a living scamming people. He needs to be stopped and his business needs to be shut down!

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] "repossessed" our vehicle under false pretenses. He continues to try to extort money and hold special needs equipment hostage until we give him said money. He has become irrational when questioned about his motives. He took the license plate from our vehicle and has not turned it in. We have made a police report so that he can not use it. All we was my child's carseat and stroller. We had to get them through the doctor and they are not easily replaced. We aren't the first to have these sort of complaints against Me. [redacted] and his business. Again, all I want is my child's special needs equipment.
