I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have
determined that their response is a lie
The receipt was never mailed nor was it emailedI challenge them to show me proof of the email and how much did they actually write in the receipt? I kind of given up already because they always say that their accounts payable officer will call me back for any updates but never did that's why I told *** *** *** about my problem with them? KC of *** *** worked on getting the receipt and she also had a hard time getting it as she would always get promises of sending the receiptHowever, KC said she finally got the receipt and filed my claim on my behalf last weekI paid $to their crew and I was told that they promised *** *** to send the receipt in the amount of $75, which is kind of ok for me as I can only claim $from the insuranceBut, bottom line is, they are liars and ruthlessly dishonest.? Attached is the email thread sent to them which they never bother to respond
