This has been a difficult home to get a resolution for [redacted] has had serveral treatments (pesticide and heat) done by other exterminators for bed bugs and has not been successful in their elimination We took on the project knowing both the difficulty and emotional issues involved and have worked continuously to get a complete resolution to her problem At the present it is nearly eliminated and I had stressed to her to be patient as her lifestyle does make it more difficult to clear up We are standing by the warranty as she is presently acknowledging and we will continue to stick with her until she is satisfied that the bed bug infestation is finally gone.Bill S [redacted]
