Contracted with Len Boyer to replace fencing at home. Work included a new gate. On 6/27/13 he completed most of the work, except for the gate which needed an additional 4x4 post which he did not have at the time. He agreed to return with it and finish the job. I foolishly paid him, and he never completed the work. I called numerous times, but he never answered or returned calls. I finally got in touch with him using a different phone. He gave excuses and promised to complete the work on October 21st.
