2 yr warranty, but broke 4x in 4 yrs, 3 after warranty. requested replacement since they are defective. They refused & want me to pay $195 for liner.

Been customer over 10 yrs... In 2015 I had to replace my top plate because the ones I had at the time broke in half & the $200 repair job never fit my mouth again.
In 2015 (I can't remember the month) I got a new upper plate. they were the best they had at time (Premiums-2 yr warranty)for $1,000 cash. They fit fine in the beginning, but noticed material looked thin and right eye-tooth was cracked.

It took 4 trips for them to admit they had to replace it, but finally got done. However, they didn't fit them in my mouth, they were handed to me in a plastic bag by the receptionist. They didn't fit good, left glue all over teeth. But I was so afraid to bring them back again and couldn't take more time off work, that I just let it go. I did noticed that because they were crocked over time it changed my smile, but I felt that was my own fault for not saying anything.

Then in mid 2019 (Can't remember exact date) I dropped them on the bathroom counter and they cracked down the middle. For $200 cash, they patched them because they were out of warranty. However, it was different material and a different color . They sure didn't suggest a reline at that time!
Next on 9/7/19 I was brushing my teeth, felt them give and they slipped from my hand into the sink. I found the entire right back corner missing. I then called and made an appointment for 9/19/19. But on 9/12/19 the same thing happened to the left rear corner. So I called & told them what happened and was told I had to wait until my appointment.

On 9/19 upon arrival, the Dentist looked at the teeth and when I mentioned replacing them since they have broken four times since I got them in 2015, he got the Off. Mgr.
She said the best they could do was fix the missing parts & do a reline for $195 (which according to her covered just materials). I saw on the "Chart Of Services" Relines are $195 for everybody. Obviously they were trying to get me to cover the entire cost not just materials. She didn't comment!

I knew the way they were broken, they would never fit right again and I wasn't going to pay for another repair which will eventually break again. That would be $400 thus far for a $1,000 purchase. So I mentioned them doing that and charging me nothing. The Off. Mgr left the room, came back and said the lab refused!

So my next suggestion; 1) Replace mine with the same thing, which now only cost $825 and has a four year warranty instead of two; or 2) Give me credit for mine toward one of the newer type dentures (in which there were two). One cost $1,135 and the other (snap in) cost $2,000.

The Off. Mgr. said she had to confer with a higher authority and left the room. She came back in a matter of minutes and said they refused that as well. The best they could do was a repair and reline for $195. I told her they didn't need a reline and a repair like that would probably break again.
She asked me again how this happened, when I told her how I felt them give and then they slipped from my hand into the sink (about four inches), she tried to tell me that was probably how they broke. REALLY! Twice in a matter of a week...!

At that she said that was my choice, handed me back my teeth and escorted me to the receptionist.

I have pictures of my teeth, I just don't know how to upload them.

Desired Outcome

I would prefer to have the teeth either replaced with the "Snap In" like I suggested on 9/19/19. I was willing to pay the difference between my original price and these. Or replace them with the next level down, which was the closed to the original price of mine. I'm concerned about them replacing them with the same type "Premiums", because the quality just doesn't seem to be there. Also, like I said before, I've been a patient there for over ten years and I feel in order not to lose a long time customer who has referred many many people to them, they would want to work together. However, I am also concerned about the care I would get after having to take these steps to resolve the problem.
