The vehicle is a year old car with high mileage The manufacturer's warranty has expired and the vehicle was sold "as-is" with no warranty although an extended service repair plan was offered to the customer at the time of purchase To the dealership's knowledge the vehicle was inspected by the purchaser who was satisfied with the vehicle The vehicle passed safety inspection and was in fine working order at the time of purchase The dealership has no information regarding what has occurred with the vehicle from the time of purchase until the present The customer has detailed maintenance and repair items that can occur with any vehicle which is why the dealership always offers extended maintenance plans with older, high-mileage vehicles The manager to whom the customer attributes several remarks takes exception to the way in which the customer has misrepresented any statements made As the customer purchased an older vehicle without a warranty and voluntarily chose not to purchase an extended service contract, the company has no responsibility for road hazard incidents or other mechanical or maintenance failures which occur after warranties have expired The contractual documents are clear that "as-is" sales of older, non-warranty vehicles come with no guarantees and unless the customer purchases an extended service or mechanical breakdown policy, they are responsible for all future repair costs

No stars for this company, if you are looking for affordable dentures do not come to this place I repeat DO NOT come hereI paid them $for a set of dentures and they didn't fit me so I took them back so they could adjust and fit them right and they did nothing to fix them so not only am I out of $dollars I have a set of dentures that do not fitThe two trips I made was a waste of more moneyMy daughter has a lot of friends on facebook and she is sharing my experience with this company with her friends

Thank you ever SO much in and with all of your help in this matter.I was told by Discover card that he disputed all of the charges, including the $(of the $375) so as I am confused a little as to what is mentioned here.I absolutely will sign a waiver and a release to have DrH [redacted] refund the remaining $(which wasn’t disputed in error verses the entire amount for $375) However he wished to do this, please contact me as soon as possible.I usually got a note/letter from you, the Revdex.com, and this email went to my ? bulk folder.Luckily, I just happen to find it!So, yes, ? Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:The main reason I took my vehicle in for repairs was not fixedAnd I have had myvehicle repaired since thenIt was the the drive shafts support bearingsAndmy mechanic says that Valley Isle Forddid unnecessary repairs on my vehicle Sincerely, [redacted]

We were sorry to hear that the customer was not completely satisfied with his service Our Service Manager did speak with him on 3-22-and explained all charges and had thought that the customer was satisfied following the discussion The last battery service that the customer had was back in July of and the price has gone up in the approximately years since Additionally, the price for the oil change and tire rotation that the customer previously experienced was under a coupon or advertised special which was not available at the time of this service Tire balancing was charged at the correct time of hours labor at the shop rate of $140/hr.Notwithstanding the above, attached find the preliminary estimate given to the customer The agreed to estimate was $and therefore, as a customer accommodation we would be willing to eliminate the other shop charges and slight variance and simply reduce the charge to that estimate for a total of $plus GET of $ That would be a reduction to $and a savings to the customer of $ This would represent exactly what the customer first agreed to as shown by the attached preliminary estimate and we sincerely hope that this will give the customer satisfaction If it is agreeable then we will credit that savings back to the customer

The customer came to our service center complaining about a noise coming from underneath the vehicle as well as to have an oil change performed When the vehicle was inspected, it had a number of mechanical problems that needed to be corrected Each of these was detailed to the customer, authorized and performed As the customer states, the vehicle was not making the original noise complained of when she picked it up, but some time later, she started hearing what she believed to be the "same noise"She was told to bring the vehicle back so that it could be inspected which she did However, she came back a couple of hours after dropping off the vehicle and stated that she had to be somewhere and wanted the vehicle back Our service department did not have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine the cause of the issue If there was a problem with one of the repairs the work performed is guaranteed as to both parts and labor but an opportunity to correct the problem must be givenThe statement that the customer took the vehicle to another shop and that there was now a problem with the vehicle's "drive train" which should have been discovered is not any kind of mechanical diagnosis "Drive train" refers to a wide array of mechanical systems, some of which were actually repaired during the original service Any number of things could be causing the issue but it needs to be diagnosed specifically If there is any problem with any of the repairs performed by the Company, they would be corrected free of charge but we can't know if there is a problem with a previous repair or some other mechanical issue until it is inspected It should be noted that this vehicle has over 200,miles on itThe Service Manager is attempting to contact the customer today to once again bring the vehicle in for inspection so that the problem can be diagnosed If there is a problem with a previous repair or if a part has failed, the vehicle will be repaired under our service guarantee free of charge

Again, we are sorry that the customer is not completely satisfied however all of the repairs made to this year old vehicle with more than 200,miles were absolutely necessary, approved by the customer who paid cash for the repairs, and diagnosed and performed by a master certified factory trained technician. Had the customer allowed us the opportunity to complete the re-inspection of the vehicle there would have been another diagnosis and repair offered to the REAR portion of the drive train that was repaired by someone else. For another repair facility to tell this customer that all of the previous repairs were "unnecessary" is outrageous and irresponsible since they did not have the opportunity to inspect the condition existing prior to the other repairs. Obviously if multiple sections of the drive train on this extremely high mileage vehicle are failing, it's not a great leap to think that additional REAR end components might similarly be failing. All of the repairs made at this company were made to the front end portions of the drive train. In sum, both repairs would have had to have been made ultimately no matter which shop performed them. Since the customer chose to take the vehicle somewhere else before the recheck could be accomplished there is nothing we can do for her at this time. Attached is a download of a scan of the invoice showing cash paid for the repairs that the customer authorized and a scan of the signature page reprinted on which the re-check work was noted. Items completed, authorized, and completed are all marked "done" on the document

More than a year ago we paid for dentures for both my husband and myselfFor months we had temporary dentures and excellent serviceNow that they finally have the permanent dentures it was basically put them in and be done with itNow after over days they want $each to make adjustmentsWe are sorry we went there since what we have now we can not wear and do not have the money to pay $to go get adjustments.If they can not follow through to make them wearable without charge I think its very bad business practice! We also live in Pueblo and cannot afford to just go u p there anytime, we have to plan and save gas money for the tripsI think that after the permanent dentures are put in they should allow so many visits to make them wearable not limit you to days only!

data-term="goog_261392425">within days from receiving dentures if unhappy and can receive a refund once processed through our *** *** assumed that she would receive her refund the day she returned dentures in the same form she had paid for dentures which was cashShe was informed over the phone we do not carry large amounts in the office to hand her the full refund unless it was same day dentures were paid forIt is office policy to return dentures and sign paper work for a refund to submit to corporate to receive in check and may take two weeks to receive*** was not happy with response and stated will contact our corporate office for a faster alternative*** *** our office and informed us that they had explained the same information we informed herWe had not heard from *** for approx a week and a half from the time she had spoken with corporate until she walked in our office on 3/21/to sign paper work and have refund processed

The Complainant has missed meetings with the company that were set up to assist her. One to install the safety sticker on the vehicle for which a service appointment was set up for her. She did not make the appointment but stated that she came in the next day - Sunday; when our
Service Deptis closed. The second meeting was with the General Manager on Saturday August 27th and again, she failed to appear for the meeting at which the GM was going to see how he could help her beyond the safety sticker. The Complainant should contact the GM to arrange a new appointment to address the issues and have the safety completed
