Wife and I went to affordable dentures, to get her a new set of dentures.
Dentures did not fit. We ask for a refund and *** at the front did not have any cash( we paid 555.00 in cash) she promise us we have a refund check in 7 days in the mail.We have not received the check, and it has been two weeks now. We call the corporate office in North Carolina and we being given the run around.We want our money, ( WE pay 555.00 in cash)
These people knew we was in the process of moving. Now our move is on hhold for now,till we get our money. I don't want a 555.00 check floating in the mail ,where someone can steal the check & cash it. *** could have gave us our cash money back.
The patient requested a refund. There was not cash available for a cash refund. Told the patient that a check would need to be issued from the corp. office. It wasn't until then that they said they were moving. The patient was told it could take 7-10 business days for them to receive the check refund. again, there was not cash to give back. An inquiry has been made with the corp. office about the refund check. Waiting to hear back from corp. office.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 13632796, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
