A refund was supposed to be sent from corporate to Anna K[redacted] late Thursday 10/6/16. An email from corporate was sent to me on 10/3/16 stating the check will be sent 10/5/16 and should be delivered next day. I am following up on the status of the refund check now. (Anna was informed) was that she initially used a card to pay for services that is now canceled. Corporate is taking the steps to confirm the account information. I will keep you posted on what corporate says about the refund check. Thank you.
