This customer hired our company on 10/9/to draft a full set of agreed uncontested divorce documents suitable for filing in Washington State.? These documents were completed on 10/and e-mailed directly to the e-mail address originally provided.? The customer e-mailed us on 10/to ask if the case had been filed yet, and what was the case number.? We responded that filing the documents with the court was his responsibility and that we provided detailed instructions for filing with his documents.? He replied that he did not received any documents from us.? First, we verified that documents had in fact been e-mailed to the address provided.? Next, we then resent the entire document packet to the e-mail address that he was using to contact us.? With no further contact, we assume the customer received these documents ? Upon seeing this complaint today, we have now taken the additional step of printing out hard copies of each of the documents that were drafted and e-mailed prior.? These hard copies have now been sent (10/31) to the physical address provided by the customer

The customer is charged $for this prepared document package, and is able to complete a detailed online Questionnaire to provide us with the customized relevant information and terms of the agreement Ms*** paid the $and submitted the completed Questionnaire on March 15. We drafted the package of legal documents based on the information submitted by Ms***. We also provided attorney review of the document package. Ms*** received the set of completed documents along with detailed instructions on March We received a voicemail from Ms*** on March 17, indicating that there were changes to be made to the documents (including that she should be listed as the Petition instead of her husband). We e-mailed Ms*** that same day with the following message: This email is in response to the phone call you made to our office. Please note that all revisions requests must be submitted via email. We ask that you please reply via email with the changes you are requestingWe did not receive a reply e-mail from Ms***. After receiving the Revdex.com complaint, we reviewed Ms***’s Questionnaire to see whether we had in fact made a mistake. Upon review, we confirmed that Ms*** requested that the Husband be the Petitioner (see below) Who will be filing for the divorce? Husband Under the circumstances, a refund does not seem appropriate or fair, given that we have already incurred the expenses of drafting/reviewing and providing Ms*** with completed documents based on the information she provided to us We welcome further contact from Ms***, and will gladly correct any error made on our part, if any. Additionally, if Ms*** would like changes to be made to the completed documents contrary to the Questionnaire, we will be happy to provide those changes at a nominal fee ($50) for the additional drafting and attorney time Respectfully, Washington Divorce Online

I had listed myself as the petitioner on all the paperworkI had also asked other questions about being represented Ex Parte in court if necessary, and those questions were also not anweredThe costs associated with using this site are not fully disclosed until they have already collected the $original filling feeNow they are requesting another $300+ for further information to be filledThe customer service department does not exist as they never return callsAlso, at no point on the paperwork I received did I see anything about having to make changes to the forms via emailAnd now they also are asking for $to change something on the paperwork that they made the mistake on, not meIf I am in deed in the wrong, I need proof of that in a copy of my original submitted paperwork.

A refund has been issued to customer, MrG***, based on the credit card being in his name, but our contact being with his spouse.? Frustrating, given that we had customer service communications prior to complete drafting of the couple's divorce documents? A refund has been issued today

I am rejecting this response because:
I had listed myself as the petitioner on all the paperwork. I had also asked other questions about being represented Ex Parte in court if necessary, and those questions were also not anwered. The costs associated with using this site are not fully disclosed until they have already collected the $250 original filling fee. Now they are requesting another $300+ for further information to be filled. The customer service department does not exist as they never return calls. Also, at no point on the paperwork I received did I see anything about having to make changes to the forms via email. And now they also are asking for $50 to change something on the paperwork that they made the mistake on, not me. If I am in deed in the wrong, I need proof of that in a copy of my original submitted paperwork.
