[redacted] hired us to repair damaged framing and rebuild the trim for her front entry door frame.  At no time was there an agreement for work to be performed on the door panel.  Following the completion of our work an additional HOA violation for the door panel itself was issued....

 As agreed, I met with [redacted] and we determined that a warp portion at the bottom of the door panel caused the appearance of an incomplete seal.  The seal is fully intact and the integrity of the work remains in place.  We have agreed on an acceptable fix to include refinishing the door panel and adding a retainer with drip edge for the existing door panel. This work is pending but will be completed as soon as our schedule permits.  Please circle back with [redacted] to verify this.

Review: I contacted Affordable Door on Tuesday June 17, 2014 to have them come out to fix my garage door that would not open. When the person showed up he saw that the spring had broken and told me that he did not know how to fix it in order to get my car out. He told me that I needed a new garage door and he promised that he would return the next day with another person and they would figure out how to open the door so that I could get my car out. After writing up a contract for a new garage door he once again promised to be there the next day. He never showed up on Wednesday and 2 calls to the company were never returned. At that time I decided to cancel the contract and deal with another company. On Thursday June 19 I called the company again and talked with [redacted] about what had happened and he promised my that he would contact the person who wrote up the contract and tell him to reverse the charge. I called [redacted] again the next day (6/20) to let him know that the charge had posted to my account and once again [redacted] said he would get the charge reversed and would call me back. I never heard back from [redacted] or the company and on Wednesday (6/25) I called him again about the problem and once again he promised me he would contact the guy to reverse the charge and once again I never got a call back. I called [redacted] again on Thursday (6/26) and was once again promised that the charge would be reversed and that [redacted] would call me back to let me know he had talked to the guy once again about getting the problem solved. [redacted] promised to call me back and I have never heard back from him after any of my calls. I have tried 4 times in the last week to get this problem solved and all 4 times [redacted] has promised to get it settled and to call me back. All 4 times I have never received a return call from anyone at that company and my money has never been returned to me.Desired Settlement: Verification that the charge has been reversed
