It truly is amazing when you encounter a business that honestly treats you like family. Glen is not only an outstanding installer of concrete driveways, he is an outstanding human being. The entire project was sealed with a handhake. As a physician I often feel like I get quoted a higher price on projects or that there a lot of incidental things that pop up during the project that raises the price. Not with Glen. In fact the exact opposite occurred. When putting in my driveway Glen noticed that there might be a problem with water drainage from an adjacent hill. He said I am going to take care of you like it was my own famiy and he put a solution in place without raising the price, though it clearly was extra beyond the scope of work we agreed on. I also got an incredible surprise at the end of the project. Glen called me and said he had used less concrete than was originally anticipated. Rather than keep the extra charge as increased profit for himself, Glen promptly refunded me ($1350.00). Now how many contractors do you know would do that? I wholeheartedly would recommend Glen and his business to anyone I know. I only wish his business did more than concrete because he would be my go to guy for all my projects.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Glen and his awesome crew. My initial meeting with Glen for an estimate was very informal, and I really enjoyed his professional demeanor. He was very attentive to my questions regarding the driveway job I was requesting, and even made a few suggestions that I had not thought of. When the crew arrived to start the job, they went straight to work and took care of business! The job turned out great and I paid exactly the price that I was quoted. As a Rutherford Cty. school bus contractor I had seen quite a few driveways by Glen along my daily travels. I was given a fair quote and lots of follow-up when bad weather postponed our agreed start date. Had just bought a new school bus which did not fit on old drive because of steep slope. Glen and his excellent crew took on the task and even hammered out a car sized rock without charging me an extra dime! The driveway looks better than before and best of all, the bus fits. Bonus: needed some fill dirt in back yard and Glen said "I'll take care of it"

Contacted Glen about adding to my driveway and patio. We gave Glen a drawing of what we wanted and we shook hands on a price. I went out of town for a few days and came home to a driveway and patio exactly as we discussed. Glen did all the work without asking for any money upfront. Extremely happy with with the work and price.... Great Job!

I have known Mr. [redacted] for approximately 20 years. Every since I have known him he's been in the concrete business. We previously was in the contractor business and always had positive experience. So when we wanted concrete work done at our home we naturally thought of him first. We called [redacted] and he came to our home within a couple of days and gave us a verbal estimate and we proceeded on a hand shake agreement. Within a week, his team was on site and had the job completed for the quoted price. What we didn't expect was that in addition, he sent his crew and did some additional small task that needed to be done but wasn't in the original agreement.. The concrete work is as good as any I have ever seen (as a previous contractor we have seen alot). Very happy with the transaction and highly recommend Affordable Driveways and Patios to anyone interested in upgrading your home with concrete work. Glen and his crew did an excellent job extending our driveway and expanding our patio. Glen came out to give us an estimate and only required a handshake, no contracts or money paid until the job was done and we were completely satisfied. He and his crew were very professional and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. They were able to complete the job in a couple of days and made sure to clean up after themselves. Glen checked with to make sure we were satisfied with the job before collecting our payment and honored his agreement with us on the amount due for the job. Glen is a great guy and we would definitely hire his company again!
