Poor business ethics. I called to order a 10 yard dumpster on Monday, rep told me that "they'd try their best to get it to me today, but it might be delivered the next day". I agreed. Almost immediately after signing the digital contract I received a message from the same rep saying they were not sure if they had 10yd dumpsters available, that they may have to send out a 20yd in its place- for the same cost. I was ok with that, until I realized that I do not have room for a 20yd dumpster. I cancelled the order within 12 hours of placing it(the same day). I was informed that the cancellation fee ($150) cannot be waived due to it being within 48 hours of delivery. The order was made within 48 hours of delivery, how could it be cancelled any sooner? Keep in mind that the total cost was $275, so that is more than half. And they did not even have the size I ordered. Very negative experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I understand that there are policies, but my order and cancellation did not inconvenience them in any way, nor did it cost them any money as the dumpster was not on its way to my house. They should really think about how word of mouth affects future business but my guess is that they are too small minded to realize that while they may have $150 of my money in their pocket they can't build a business on cancellation fees. Good luck screwing people over on the future.
