Review: On august 28th I had electrical work done in my house by this companh upon completion of the job I noticed that a hole was left in the wall and another hole with a cable hanging out was left uncovered. Emailed the company, called and sent pictures of the problem they said someone would come to fix it. However,when I went outside I noticed that they had chipped my brick wall and stapled the wire going across my wall very tacky and sloppy. Due to the heavy down poor of rain I did not see this until the next day. I emailed the company and sent a picture about the wall. The company responded that I was nick picking and that they were not going to refund my money. On the terms and agreement it says that I have three business days to cancel if I was not satisfied with their work and get a refund as long as their equipment was returned. The next day I had errands to run and was out all day. The company said that they called four times when I returned the call the technician yelled and screamed at me and cursed at me saying we called and you didn't answer. I tried to explain to him that I was not home he would not let me talk he told me to shut up and he cursed at me. I am a paying customer and deserved to be treated with respect and dignity. I was not happy with the job and want my money back. He was very disrespectful to me tbat I was shamkng and trembling.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back.

Sir, [redacted] contacted us to relocate cable lines which we did as contracted on 8/28/13 .

Upon completion of the job [redacted] was walked through the job, shown the work and our Tech, [redacted], then presented [redacted] with the Job work order # [redacted] which she signed . The Job work order (enclosed marked #1 ) states:" COMPLETION , I acknowledge completion of the above described work which has been done to my complete satisfaction . No Refunds. All discounts applied ". SIGNED as COMPLETE TO SATISFACTION.

[redacted] contacted this office the next day , 8/29/13 stated that there were 2 holes left that she was not happy with and stated she would send us pictures, we agreed to that, gave her our email address and the pictures were sent & received .

Pictures showed 2 small holes that were not filled . we told her that we would have a technician / manager out the next day, Aug 29th 2013 and we would address any problem right there , that was agreed to and we put her on the schedule lor a repair manager on 8/29/13.

8/29/13 we called [redacted] 4 x during the day and our tech on the road followed up with [redacted] 3 additional times and did a stop by at the property as we had scheduled, no one answered the calls and no one was home.

We received a call later that day from [redacted] stating that she ” had errands to run" and was not home, she wanted us to come back out and our Tech that spoke to her stated it was to late , that we would have to fit her job in again since she was not there for this appointment and did not call to cancel.

(Normally rescheduling is not a problem but we were backed up with appointments as we had 2 crews out on vacation that week.)

[redacted] became a bit agitated with the Tech that was answering the phone and from what I was told there were raised voices on both ends but no type of" cursing" The tech did state to [redacted] that they can not talk at the same time and that she “ must listen ", as she was yelling at him .

From what I was told by the Tech she yelled at him , being very indignant, he countered , tried to get her to listen, she wouldn't and he said" You have to stop talking and listen". I apologize if that statement came across as something else to [redacted].

Bottom line is there were two small holes inadvertently missed by out tech and [redacted] on final walkthrough .

Our manager, [redacted] , took care of [redacted]'s issues with the work and she again, signed the Call Back workorder, # [redacted] , as" COMPLETION , I acknowledge completion of the above described work which has been done to my complete satisfaction''.

We have addressed [redacted]'s problems with the job and all is complete and signed for. We have addressed the issue with the tech that answered the phone to insure shouting of any type does not happen again .

On behalf of the company I again apologize for any problem with this job and we have done all we can to rectify the problem .

There is no reason to issue any refund as the work is 100% complete and signed for as " acceptable''

Please see that all work orders are signed as " COMPLETE TO SATISFACTION. NO REFUNDS".

I am rejecting this response because:I called the same day of the completed work and complained about the two holes that were left in my wall, also I was not informed that they were going to move the cable from its original location, if they would have informed me that this was going to take place then I would not have hired them. The front brick where they moved the cable from its original location was completely chipped and they did not tell me. I did not notice this until the next day after the rain. I also sent them pictures of this and was told that I was "nick picking" and was not going to get a refund. This is my place of residence and I feel that they did not respect me or my house. Also I informed the day of the job not the next day and was told that someone would be out, however no time was set and I had appointments to keep that day. They did not call me 4 times that day I only had two messages left on my phone when I returned home. When I returned the phone call to set up another appointment, the dispatcher started yelling in the phone about how they tried to get in contact with me to come and correct the problem. When I told him that I had errands to run, he became very irritated and angry stating that I was nick picking about the brick in the front of my house. He continued to yell and scream at me, I asked him not to yell at me. and when I tried to explain or ask a question I was told to shut up and I asked him did you tell me to shut up, he said yes I did and that I was going to listen to him and that was it. He then proceeded to state that someone would be out the next day and was I going to be home. After this phone conversation, I was shaking and very upset I felt disrespected, disregarded and belittled. As a customer I deserve the right to be spoken to with respect and I felt that the dispatcher was very very rude, disrepectful and unprofessional. My problem with this company is that they felt that since they did not install the cable that they were going to do what they wanted without regards to including me. As far as the techs they never explained exactly what they were going to do as far as moving the cable in my room from its original location. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sir, with regards to the 2nd letter from [redacted] , again, we do not yell, I speak clearly & distinctly, I am sorry if she takes it as " yelling " . I have over 20 years with Jackhammers and loud equipment so maybe I speak louder than most but I do not "YELL" at any customer . clear & distinct yes, Yell .. NO .

We have bent over backwards to help [redacted] out , each time we have been to the property and taken care of her work she has signed the work order as " Complete to my satisfaction " . We have done all we can .

Again, I was not on site to hear or see what transpired but we took care of any problem as noted and the customer agreed that the work was done to her COMPLETE SATISFACTION.

I do not know what she wants from us . We did what we said we would , when we said we would do it and the way we said we would , it seems as though she is just trying to get money from us and there are no grounds for any refund here .

We went out of our way to keep an appointment with her the following day and she was not home , did not even give us the courtesy of a call .

I have no other response for you than to state that If [redacted] continues with this, especially after she signed all documents that the job is complete & satisfactory ( not once but TWICE ).

We tried to handle matter in a prompt and timely fashion and to address the concerns of [redacted], it seems that nothing we do is right and that is sad.

I obviously can not do anything to make [redacted] happy , even though we have tried and by signature on the work orders you can see that the work was " Complete to my satisfaction " , I have nothing more to add.

We have offered an apology for any problem that many have occurred , sent techs out to correct any complaint she had and she acknowledged all was Complete to her Satisfaction after the last time out.

Again I offer my complete & sincere apology for anything [redacted] feels was not right with the way her job was handled but can not offer any more than that.

Please find enclosed the two Company Workorders that are BOTH SIGNED " I acknowledge completion of the above described work which has been done to my COMPLETE SATISFACTION " .

I am rejecting this response because: the job itself was not the problem it was the customer service that I received in regards to someone

coming back out. I did not appreciate being disrespected and spoken to in that manner. when I got home
