Complaint: 11773974
I am rejecting this response because:
The owner of the business called me to share his outlook. He asked me why I did not call or email him to say that I was going to file a complaint. I said that I had multiple times and have the emails to prove it.
Richard, the owner, did not want to have a discussion or hear what I had to say. He went on for quite awhile telling me why he was correct and why I was not someone he wanted to work for. HE ALSO ADMITTED THAT HE HAD STOPPED READING MY EMAILS.
If he had simply read my emails and followed through in a professional manner,  we would not be at this point. It is not okay to be rude.
Richard agreed to pay me the amount in my application.
I feel that Richard is NOT someone who can admit that he made a mistake even to the point of putting me down as a person before accepting even the smallest amount of responsibility.
At this time, I feel that we have agreed to disagree. I will consider this matter closed when I receive the final payment.  Thank you for your help. I sincerely appreciate having the Revdex.com "provide a voice " for me.

Here is my response to the complaint.
font-family: arial, sans-serif;">"I was never informed of a need for reimbursement. This is the first I'm ever hearing of a need for reimbursement.  This complaint was filed months after the job was complete. And I did not cut off communication after job was complete. As a matter of fact we did another job for this customer who referred us to her client. This whole complaint is odd but I do believe I know where it is coming from. I decided it was not in the companies best interest to do any future work for Mrs A[redacted]. On the day I arrived she complained about a previous person who worked at her home and wasn't showing positive signs of being a customer who could be satisfied. This complaint is exactly what I expected after we began working.  And as far as personal parts of this referring to me being stressed. It's hard to help a customer when they themselves cannot figure exactly what they want. We had about 30 email exchanges before the job ever occurred. And each time it was a new question or new twist. The actual job was installing two ceiling fans and 5 LED retro kit lights. The materials alone were over $900 since the fans were M[redacted] fans that the customer requested we purchase for them.
Unfortunately we can't satisfy the entire population but we have thousands of other customers who are very satisfied and happy. We are going to give her the money back as she has requested and it's not an issue. I simply wish this matter could have been resolved by her communicating these things to me directly before filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.
