valign="top Affordable Enterprises of Westchester, Inc [redacted] Thursday, March ***, [redacted] ID - [redacted] Dear [redacted] : After review of the account and comments made my [redacted] , I have put the following information together for your review [redacted] initially started his job under a different person ( [redacted] Contracting) for his personal house at [redacted] [redacted] , a regular customer of ours of [redacted] , provided his credit card to begin the workAfter the first few containers, [redacted] asked for the work to be switched to his personal credit card and continue to move forwardAs the work continued there was billing confusion as [redacted] called in with a third credit card numberAs our billing department tried to make sure everything was processed correctly and that paperwork was in order, there was a charge put on the wrong credit cardBilling, [redacted] and [redacted] began sorting things out and billing requested multiple times to have the credit card paperwork returned with no resultsConcerning his credit, [redacted] was told that we needed all paperwork back before credit could be applied anywhere [redacted] was advised of the same and both refused to return pape rworkThe credit was promised to them the day we received paperwork [redacted] then began questioning the weights of his containers and discussing the size of the house [redacted] was offered and provided GPS reporting of the trucks picking up each container and going directly to a transfer station to dispose of the materials with the exception of Thanksgiving eve (1113) which shows truck coming directly to shop and not moving until Friday (1113) when it went directly to transfer station to disposeAs [redacted] began to discuss weights with us, he stated by email his house was 2,sqft., by phone it was 2,sqftand now within this complaint 2,sqftwhich is irrelevant to the weight of materialsThe certified scale at the transfer station has no idea what the house of job site is like; it just measures the weight of the materials in the containersTo resolve the concerns [redacted] had, in addition to providing GPS reports, we contacted the City of New Rochelle to find out through public information what was on file for the size of the house on the propertyThe city confirmed 3, sqftfor the house on property and the only work that was done on house was in when it was built and then in December of when [redacted] got permits for his work As we began to explain these things to [redacted] , he began threatening, cursing at, hanging up on and harassing our officeOne representative was able to have a few civil conversations with [redacted] and made some headway but in the end, he refused to accept the indisputable GPS records and certified weight ticketsHe insisted based on his calculations that the weight should be different and that is why he states he was overcharged [redacted] was charged for the prorated weight of his containersOn Friday 314, his wife [redacted] contacted the office and wanted to just resolve disputeShe and [redacted] stated that they reviewed everything and now would be sending of all paperwork, acknowledged the understanding of their weights and in turn the office processed paperwork and credits appropriately as promisedThe container was picked up and disposed of, once again immediately, and the proper cards were chargedAll disputes in regards to this matter were closed t hat same day and both [redacted] and ***(***) are up to date***, the owner, had one opportunity to speak with [redacted] and at no time was there any cursing on ***’s part or the statement too bad, this is what it is [redacted] allowed billing and the office manager to handle the account and the issue to achieve a resolution which was doneBoth accounts are eligible to continue working with us and we welcome and encourage either party to reach out to us for any of their container needsThank you for your time and assistance with this Regards, [redacted]
