This matter was handled between my attorney and Mrs [redacted] 's attorney almost one year agoMrs [redacted] was aware of the deposit being non refundable if she should decide to cancelShe did sign a contractMrs [redacted] inquired about canceling hours prior to project startAll receipts, email correspondence between Mrs [redacted] & I and recorded phone conversations have been provided to Mrs [redacted] 's attorney and this matter has been resolved

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Ms*** has not made any attempt to resolve this issue with me, despite my numerous attempts to reason with herShe has repeatedly refused to communicate with me, has lied to me, has unfairly charged me for services which were never performed, and has insisted I communicate with her attorney about this matter, which leaves me no recourse other than to *** * *** ** *** *** ***This is very poor business practice, and I would advise anyone considering Affordable Environmental & Demolition, LLC to walk away and seek a more honest and reputable contractor

I disagree with several of Ms***'s statementsWhile it is true that I hired an attorney to write a letter (in May 2016) asking for my prepayment to be refunded, and that her attorney responded with a letter (in July 2016) stating that she would not give me a refund, I would not agree that this means the matter was "handled." Also, I was not aware the prepayment was non refundable in the event of cancellation, as the proposal I signed makes no statement of the kindI have attached a copy of the proposal I signed for your reviewAlso, Ms*** has never provided me or my attorney with recorded phone conversationsIf she does indeed have recorded phone conversations in her possession, I would be very interested to hear them, because on 4/15/I had a phone conversation with Ms*** in which I notified her I wanted to cancel the project start date of 4/20/16, and she verbally agreed to give me a refund, less permit fees which she had allegedly already paidThis matter is most definitely not resolved, and I am prepared to take Ms*** and Affordable Environmental and Demolition, LLC to *** ** ***
