Affordable Exterminating & Handyman Services

I found this business to be unreliable as well as sloppy in the work they did for me. They had to be repeatedly reminded to show up , did not care about the quality of their work and were unresponsive in resolving the issues that came up.

Review: We contracted Affordable Exterminators and Handyman in April 2015. They were supposed to have everything finished in order to pass an FHA loan inspection in June. During the process we tried contacting them on several occasions, they didn't return emails or phone calls unless we made sometimes five or six attempts. Not only did they not finish the jobs they were contracted to do, they caused other damage in the house. Our lender has sent their inspector to do a pre inspection and to make sure that our complaints against Ron M[redacted](owner of the company)were justified. We have a copy of that inspection showing that the work has not been done to specification. After finally talking with Ron, they sent us a bill for the entire amount minus $400. The work has not been completed, they have just left it, nor was it done to our contracted agreement. We had asbestos wrap that was to be removed and it was not done properly, so now we also have a health issue to deal with. We are not at all happy with this company.Desired Settlement: Needless to say, we will not be paying them anything else and we want all the money that was paid to them upfront for the 203k so that we may now find another contractor to do the work before our time runs out. We will go to court if necessary.
