Dear reader: I am disheartened by the lack of comprehension that seems to be voiced to a third party and not to us directly where we might have been able to better clarify the situation to the client, who in their own words refused to communicate with usWe were retained to seek agreed orders in this matter, but due to the sensitive nature of family law matters we will only divulge further details of the progression of this case to our client directly, and not in an open forum like this Yet I feel the need to explain that the general procedure of this process to help clarify any lack of performance on our partSince we were petitioning the court for a change to the current situation of the parties, the opposing party is given day to respond to the requests of the party who wants to make a changeEven if the opposing party does not respond in days the court is unlikely to default a party who does eventually respond If that person does not agree to the changes then a course to find a middle ground either through negotiation or a court hearing is sought to establish temporary orders where the court feels that enough evidence is before them to make a changeIn cases where our clients do not have the financial funds to pursue costly court hearings we will attempt to negotiateThat is standard procedure for usLet it be known to all readers though that finalizing papers on a situation is not possible unless both parties agree or it is court ordered It is also standard procedure for us to get back to clients within hours of their initial call on a situationEven if a client calls multiple times in one day, it still might take the standard hours for the office to properly respond because the attorney might be in trial, deposition, or a lengthy day of hearingsRegardless, we do get back to our clients within an acceptable amount of timeIf a client has made themselves unavailable, there is not much we can do other than continue to reach out for a reasonable amount of time Despite the drastic tactic of using an organization like the Revdex.com versus having open communication with us, and stopping to talk to us, we will attempt to contact this client directly again, and continue to seek the resolution to their problemWe are always committed to completing and executing our services, even when our own clients want to take a passive and non-responsive roleIf anyone has any further concerns on the matter, please contact us directly at [redacted] so that we can have a more comprehensive discussion about this matterThank you

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This response is general and has nothing to do with the way I have been neglected by the company through the entire process since they had received their $1000.00 from me. There were several times I had called and never received a call back period let alone in the 48 hour window they proclaim. Also, having to wait 20 days for a response from the father as noticed in their reply has again nothing to do with the fact that this small process has taken over 7 months. The company was given 3 months to finalize the requested paperwork to the terms the father had agreed upon with no response from them in the mean time. This is not how a person who paid you 1,000.00 of their money should be treated. There is a point when a person is done asking for what they paid for over and over again. Honestly, I have never been treated so unprofessionally by any company I have done business with. The Family Law Fee Agreement states in exact words: "This case will need a flat fee of $1000.00. This includes preparing all documents for a PP and CS on a past divorce to <final papers>." The company did not follow through with the terms of the agreement. Therefore I want my money refunded to me.  Sincerely,[redacted]

this matter, but due to the sensitive nature of family law matters we will only divulge further details of the progression of this case to our client directly, and not in an open forum like this.  Yet I feel the need to explain that the general procedure of this process to help clarify any lack of performance on our part. Since we were petitioning the court for a change to the current situation of the parties, the opposing party is given 20 day to respond to the requests of the party who wants to make a change. Even if the opposing party does not respond in 20 days the court is unlikely to default a party who does eventually respond.  If that person does not agree to the changes then a course to find a middle ground either through negotiation or a court hearing is sought to establish temporary orders where the court feels that enough evidence is before them to make a change. In cases where our clients do not have the financial funds to pursue costly court hearings we will attempt to negotiate. That is standard procedure for us. Let it be known to all readers though that finalizing papers on a situation is not possible unless both parties agree or it is court ordered.  It is also standard procedure for us to get back to clients within 48 hours of their initial call on a situation. Even if a client calls multiple times in one day, it still might take the standard 48 hours for the office to properly respond because the attorney might be in trial, deposition, or a lengthy day of hearings. Regardless, we do get back to our clients within an acceptable amount of time. If a client has made themselves unavailable, there is not much we can do other than continue to reach out for a reasonable amount of time.  Despite the drastic tactic of using an organization like the Revdex.com versus having open communication with us, and stopping to talk to us, we will attempt to contact this client directly again, and continue to seek the resolution to their problem. We are always committed to completing and executing our services, even when our own clients want to take a passive and non-responsive role. If anyone has any further concerns on the matter, please contact us directly at [redacted] so that we can have a more comprehensive discussion about this matter. Thank you.
