Hello! First, we would like to extend our apologies to the agitated customer; as our company holds our customer’s satisfaction to the center of our importance at heartUnfortunately, the customer’s fictitious complaint is not the way our company recollects what has happenedThe customer set up service for her rental in October During this initial set up, as she stated as well, the customer signed up for bi-monthly service; in which is every “two” monthsIn December, for her BI-MONTHLY appt, the customer was called twiceThe first time, she stated she would call us back in one weekWe never heard back, and gave a call once again and left a messageNow, going into the very end of January, the customer decided to call after hours a bundle of times; though our calls are returned in one business dayAlso, being that our office in our line of work is on a weather advisory from our city’s flooding stormsTherefore, phone tag was played for a few days until she was reachedShe was explained to that her 2nd bi-monthly service was missed on her end, not ours as we reached out and calledWe have phone logs, and notesThe customer then wanted to excuse her missing it and blame our company saying she did callThese days, phone logs are easily retraceable with itemized logs and billsThe customer was asked for dates and times of the call back in December, and she could not give us oneA bi-monthly is every other month, not quarterly or when expected We apologize if the customer (being an owner/landlord of a home) was not aware of what bi-monthly was defined asShe was offered her last service; in which is due this month (February 2017)Our company, therefore, will not give any type of refund as we have offered amends for her last service to be complete, and will not take atonement for her mistake on missed service for December when courtesy calls were given from our officeThank you[redacted]

Our company stands very strong, especially now, with this consumer; in addition to our company will be taking matters into their hands lefally to lrotwct ourself from this client. As the client, herself, was informed she was on a recorded line and that our office manager explained over and over that service was tried to set upThis client's stories are out of control. We do not condone business with clients that falsely misrepresent us or give allegastionsTheir account is closed and moved onto our legal team

I am rejecting this response because: I called the business and asked them when they had called or emailed me to set up February service The admitted they made no attempt to contact me at all They said they tried to set up service with me in January (when they contacted me via the message I sent them using an alternate email after they ignored my multiple attempts to reach them) I have no recollection of them ever attempting to set up February service, I only remember them denying me my second serviceWhen I responded to their [redacted] advertisement, I was told I would receive services for $ I was told they would come every months Nothing was ever stated about their use-lose it policy I have used pest control companies in the past and I have never had any issues with scheduling I allege that this is a loop hole in their advertisement that they do not explain to anyone and that unsuspecting consumers believe they will be getting treatments, only to find, as I did, that they will renig on their promise of services for the slightest of reasons It was never explained to me Their avoidance of my January voice messages, of which there are probably that I can prove, is proof that they do everything in their power to find whatever excuse they can to NOT provide the promised services I may be the first to complain of this, but I feel they have exercised this use it or lose it excuse for a long time I have requested, from the business, a copy of the contract They told me they were recording the phone call I am not sure as of yet, but I am presuming, being a licensed contractor, they are required to provide an explanation of their services via a contract I will be submitting a complaint to the Pest Control Board I do not believe a contract exists I am requesting a 3rd service or a refund of $ Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:  I called the business and asked them when they had called or emailed me to set up February service.  The admitted they made no attempt to contact me at all.  They said they tried to set up service with me in January (when they contacted me via the message I sent them using an alternate email after they ignored my multiple attempts to reach them).  I have no recollection of them ever attempting to set up February service, I only remember them denying me my second service. When I responded to their [redacted] advertisement, I was told I would receive 3 services for $150.  I was told they would come every 2 months.  Nothing was ever stated about their use-it-or lose it policy.  I have used pest control companies in the past and I have never had any issues with scheduling.  I allege that this is a loop hole in their advertisement that they do not explain to anyone and that unsuspecting consumers believe they will be getting 3 treatments, only to find, as I did, that they will renig on their promise of 3 services for the slightest of reasons.  It was never explained to me.  Their avoidance of my January voice messages, of which there are probably 10 that I can prove, is proof that they do everything in their power to find whatever excuse they can to NOT provide the promised services.  I may be the first to complain of this, but I feel they have exercised this use it or lose it excuse for a long time.   I have requested, from the business, a copy of the contract.  They told me they were recording the phone call.  I am not sure as of yet, but I am presuming, being a licensed contractor, they are required to provide an explanation of their services via a contract.  I will be submitting a complaint to the Pest Control Board.  I do not believe a contract exists.  I am requesting a 3rd service or a refund of $50.  Thank you

Hello! First, we would like to extend our apologies to the agitated customer; as our company holds our customer’s satisfaction to the center of our importance at heart. Unfortunately, the customer’s fictitious complaint is not the way our company recollects what has happened. The customer set up...

service for her rental in October 2016. During this initial set up, as she stated as well, the customer signed up for bi-monthly service; in which is every  “two”  months. In December, for her BI-MONTHLY appt, the customer was called twice. The first time, she stated she would call us back in one week. We never heard back, and gave a call once again and left a message. Now, going into the very end of January, the customer decided to call after hours a bundle of times; though our calls are returned in one business day. Also, being that our office in our line of work is on a weather advisory from our city’s flooding storms. Therefore, phone tag was played for a few days until she was reached. She was explained to that her 2nd bi-monthly service was missed on her end, not ours as we reached out and called. We have phone logs, and notes. The customer then wanted to excuse her missing it and blame our company saying she did call. These days, phone logs are easily retraceable with itemized logs and bills. The customer was asked for dates and times of the call back in December, and she could not give us one. A bi-monthly is every other month, not quarterly or when expected… We apologize if the customer (being an owner/landlord of a home) was not aware of what bi-monthly was defined as. She was offered her last service; in which is due this month (February 2017). Our company, therefore, will not give any type of refund as we have offered amends for her last service to be complete, and will not take atonement for her mistake on missed service for December when courtesy calls were given from our office. Thank you.[redacted]
