The temporary fence was not installed until Jan. 2014 and we billed Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] on 01/08/2014 for the temporary fence that was stolen from there property. Which is invoice#[redacted] for $757.75 that was never paid. The invoice # [redacted] that was for $1865.86 was the correct billing. After we gave [redacted] the proposal for his fence and were told to do the job. Within the timeframe of Mr. [redacted] approving the original contract and us going to the jobsite another 200 of fence was stolen. And we explained to Mr. [redacted] that the additional 200' would be an additional $800 in which he agreed to pay. All repairs we done per the original contract plus the additional 200 feet that was added at the time of the job installation. That bill was promptly paid in full on 01/24/2014 with check#[redacted] for $1865.86. We had an ongoing working relationship since May of 2013 with the [redacted]'s in which we did several jobs for them. Every invoice before and after Invoice#[redacted] was promptly paid and all sent to the same email. We did not pursue this invoice as we were told the insurance company was going to pay. After several months we heard of Mr. [redacted]s passing and didn't want to bother Mrs. [redacted]. However, we re-mailed the invoice to her on 2/20/15 which is when she called our office refusing to pay said invoice. The invoice# [redacted] for the stolen temporary fence panels is still outstanding and is due in full for $757.75. Finance charges and late fees are a part of our contract but because the ongoing relationship that we had with the [redacted]'s we have not added any of those fees.Thank you,[redacted]

Review: Affordable Fence quoted and installed 61' 6" of fence for my elderly parents - quoted price 1065.86. They erroneously invoiced for 261' 6" of fence installed. My father paid the invoice of $1865.86 without noticing the error. After my father's death later in the year I found the error and have requested for the past four months (since 2/25/15) that Affordable Fence refund the difference to my mother. They have been exceptionally rude to my widowed mother and myself, avoided my calls and not answered my emails. I can not get the owner of affordable fence to return my calls or emails currently.Desired Settlement: Refund the $800.00 overpayment.
