Very professional. John was easily reachable when we initially inquired and has continued to be as easy to reach and as responsive when we have had questions during and after the install. His quote beat several others and he was extremely reliable and professional. He and his crew worked very hard and faced several challenges during our fence install and tackled the challenges without a problem. We are so glad we picked him for our fencing work and we are proud to share his information with our friends and neighbors.
Overall I had a great experience with John from Affordable Fence. He was easy to talk to and work with, and my fence looks great. The only minor issue I had was with payment. I wasn't home when the job was finished so my wife paid. John told my wife a price that was higher than our agreed upon invoice, and she complied. Luckily, I got home before John left and spoke to him about it, and he immediately apologized for the mistake and allowed us to write a new check. I appreciated John's honestly and willingness to immediately correct his mistake. I will seek Affordable Fence out again in the future for any fencing needs.
I was referred to Affordable Fence and Railing by a friend. Not used to hiring anyone to do anything because my husband pretty much does everything and he's very hard to please because he's perfectionist. But he's far too busy and we needed a fence removal and replacement on our rental property. John and his crew did an outstanding job and in a timely manner.
