Terrible craftsmanship and customer service! I paid 5k to have floors demo/tile install and grout seal less than a year agoIn less than year the grout is crumbling and cracking between the tilesI contacted the owner within my warranty period and was told that since the company is under new management they cannot honor my existing warranty! Owner instead sent a contractor to my house to evaluate issue and presented me with a $1,estimate to fixUpset, I contacted owner and explained that I have a written contract showing my floors are still under warrantyAgain, he said that due to new management and new crews he cannot honor warrantyI am now out of 5k and my floors look worse than the original tileI would recommend not doing business with Affordable FlooringYour floors may look great after install but in less than year they will began to severely deteriorate and your warranty will not be honored by this companyIn the future, I will spend a bit more contracting wit

I have been trying to cancel this service for two yearsThey never answer the phone or return calls unless you are initiating businessI tried to cancel two years ago by calling (no answer) and including a letter with bill asking them to cease and even writing on the check comments for them to ceaseI got another letter last year stating they could not get any loweringI again tried calling multiple times (never an answer and no return calls to messages)I sent them a letter and emailed themAnd yet again I get another letter requesting payment for this year
