Affordable Flooring Outlet

This is a summary of what Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have been going through since March 25th 2016. On February 25th 2016, I, Mr. [redacted] walked into Affordable Flooring Outlet with a sample of the flooring I was interested in purchasing. It was 4.25 width wood flooring. Mr. [redacted] is the owner of Affordable Floor outlet. I spoke with him about the floors. He assured me that there would be no problem getting that specific flooring ordered for us. He also said he would have no problem getting that floor in by next week (Thursday, April 3rd). He then said they would bring the floors by the house on Friday April 4th. As we made the agreement for the flooring he then proceeded to tell me that in order to make this happen that I, Mr. [redacted] would need to give him a deposit down of $3,340.00. I, Mr. [redacted] gave the $3,340.00 in cash to Mr. [redacted] secretary, [redacted]. Mr.[redacted] then counted the cash and gave me a receipt for the amount of $3,340.00.Mr. [redacted] had stated previously that he would have the floors at my house On April 4th 2016. On this day Mr. [redacted] never showed up nor contacted me. I, Mr. [redacted] tried contacting him by phone, but I got no answer. A few hours later I received a text message from Mr. [redacted] stating that he was ?having problems with the mills that he deals with?. He then said ?it was going to take a little longer?. Mr. [redacted] also mentioned that he received the floors that week but they were a ?different dye?, so he had to send them back. After strong consideration I, Mr. [redacted] decided that I no longer wanted the floors from Mr. [redacted]. I contacted him and asked him for my money back. Mr. [redacted] told me that he would be returning back to town the following day, and that he would give me a call and that he would have problem giving us our money back. The following day I, Mr. [redacted] did not received a phone call or text message from Mr. [redacted]. We also did not receive any money. My wife, Mrs. [redacted] then contacted Mr. [redacted]. On April 14th.
