RE: Complaint ID *** Dear *** ***: This is the response to the unfounded above mentioned complaint lodged by *** *** *** brought me in the vehicle January 9th, for a replacement of the rear endI tried to get a new rear end to no avail and it was agreed that she would
have to have a used rear end that only came with a limited warranty, (which is days)Approximately two weeks later she brought the vehicle back stating there was metal shaving in the oilI opened the rear end and drained the oilI showed this to her husband and after inspecting this he agreed there was no shavings in the rear end or the oilI then put the rear end back together and they went away happyI would like to mention that taking the rear end apart and back together no additional labor charges were assessedNow it is four months later and they want their money back and have lodged a fraudulent complaint against my business and have threated to spread accusations how they were ripped offLastly I would like to point out my customers are mostly repeat business and by word of mouth, as I stand behind my work, just as I did with the ***'sHoping this clarifies this fraudulent complaint
