AFR of Texas states in our contract that we are NOT responsible for ANY damages to the structure caused by leveling the structureSince all things that were installed while the house was unlevel will shift, move, crack or break we state in our contract that AFR is NOT responsible for themCustomer was notified before AFR started the job that our credit card system was down at the moment and AFR could not process any transactions at this time, therefore the customer would need to pay by cash or checkUpon completion of job customer acted surprised and said AFR did not notify them of thisDue to this situation AFR worked out a payment plan to receive $2,upon completion (which was paid) and the final $1,one week from completion date (which has NOT been paid)Customer asked about pulling a permit and AFR notified them that we had no problems pulling a permit but we would have to come back to level the house completely, which would cause additional damages to the things that were installed while house was unlevelWhen customer was notified about the additional damages that could occur, the customer refused to have AFR pull a permit and return to do the workAFR has not heard from the customer since thenAFR has all the paperwork to show the customer was notified that we aren’t responsible for damages and the paperwork showing the customer owes AFR $1, Thanks [redacted] Affordable Foundation Repair of Texas

was notified before AFR started the job that our credit card system was down at the moment and AFR could not process any transactions at this time, therefore the customer would need to pay by cash or check. Upon completion of job customer acted surprised and said AFR did not notify them of this. Due to this situation AFR worked out a payment plan to receive $2,500.00 upon completion (which was paid) and the final $1,000.00 one week from completion date (which has NOT been paid). Customer asked about pulling a permit and AFR notified them that we had no problems pulling a permit but we would have to come back to level the house completely, which would cause additional damages to the things that were installed while house was unlevel. When customer was notified about the additional damages that could occur, the customer refused to have AFR pull a permit and return to do the work. AFR has not heard from the customer since then. AFR has all the paperwork to show the customer was notified that we aren’t responsible for damages and the paperwork showing the customer owes AFR $1,000.00.  Thanks [redacted]Affordable Foundation Repair of Texas
