Since I did not hear from the Revdex.com, I decided to go to the place of business, and apparently Mr [redacted] the director had ordered his workers to call when I appeared I filed a complaint with the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetary Board since I have no other ways to resolve this disagreement In addition, I went to the State Office Building on NE Oregon Street and received a copy of the death certificate and found errors in the document This is the main reason why I went to the funeral facility and was treated with contempt and threatened with police action They feel that since [redacted] and I were not married, they are fully within their right to treat me as an interloper How they do business is against every business ethic I know They charged me for everything since I had given them my debit card I guess after getting the debit card they were relieved of any responsibility to treat me with respect These folks do not need to be in business
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Is this business excluded from operating in business fashion? Do they have the legal right to charge folks anything they like once they have the debit card to use? The agreed upon charges were totally disregarded and changes were made without ANY consultation or warning. I never saw the changed items and was led to believe that all the items discussed and ordered were as originally discussed with the funeral director. Why can this business change the account by consultation with a third party and totally excluding me from any arrangements for the items that were ordered, or the schedule of their delivery. *** *** died intestate because he was homeless. Any money he had was spent on his personal obligations and vices. If his children were that interested in him while he was alive, he may have lived longer. They only expressed an interest in him when he was so sick and close to death that they did not have to invest any extra time to be with him. Their actions and those of the funeral director are abhorrent. Have no clue why this business continues to operate or is even allowed to operate. Sincerely,*** ***

[redacted] the director had ordered his workers to call 911 when I appeared. I filed a complaint with the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetary Board since I have no other ways to resolve this disagreement. In addition, I went to the State Office Building on 800 NE Oregon Street and received a copy of the death certificate and found 3 errors in the document. This is the main reason why I went to the funeral facility and was treated with contempt and threatened with police action. They feel that since [redacted] and I were not married, they are fully within their right to treat me as an interloper. How they do business is against every business ethic I know. They charged me for everything since I had given them my debit card. I guess after getting the debit card they were relieved of any responsibility to treat me with respect. These folks do not need to be in business.
