I will never use this company again We had a problem with water not getting hot enough in our downstairs shower--everything else works fine We called Rainaldi Home Services to determine the problem It was a very simple fix taking less than minutes to basically adjust a screw in the shower faucet They charged us $for this "fix" At first, the technician didn't know what to charge and called in to inquire about the charges He came back with a bill for $ I fully expected to pay a service charge for them showing up and even another charge for him having to use his screwdriver, but $298.55? This is more than greed, it's completely disgusting and should be criminalOur town home is in a luxury complex with other units and you can be sure that every owner here will know about our experience with this company Don't be fooled by the A+ rating you see on the Revdex.com-- It's completely misleading

I WAS TOLD BY THE REPAIRMAN (RICKY) THAT HE DID NOT RECEIVE THE DISPATCH CALL UNTIL 5: HE WAS IN ST CLOUD AND STILL HAD ANOTHER CALL TO GO TO IN ORLANDO BEFORE HE COULD GET TO ME IN OCOEE AND IT WOULD BE LATE THAT NIGHT, OR HE COULD MAKE IT HIS FIRST STOP THE NEXT MORNING I NOT ONLY WASTED MY WHOLE DAY WAITING, BUT ALSO MISSED MY UNCLE'S 89TH BIRTHDAY DINNER BECAUSE OF A COMMITMENT NOT MET BY RAINALDI !!!! ALSO, AFTER CHARGING ME $THE TECH COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM...I WON'T BE CALLING THEM AGAIN
I had two clogged toilets and eight people living in the home Called up Rainaldi Plumbing and Sherri the reception was very helpful and said she would do her best to get someone out right awayNot minutes later received a phone call from Shawn saying that the tech was on his way Rick was the guy that came out and he discovered the problem right away and was very knowledgeableHe was very very professional and personableStephen, The camera guy came out later on once Rick got the drain cleaned out He was very knowledgeableIt was the best service I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a plumberThey clean up after themselves and go far and beyond to make sure you are happy before leaving the property

Please make sure if you need paperwork for insurance claims, get a written commitment from RainaldiI requested an detail invoice for drywall reapirs for an insurance claimWell, After getting the run around from the ladies in the office for weeksI finally got an email with a $amount for a $repipe job that was doneThe request was for drywall repairs...Not acceptableAfter many attempts to get a correct detail invoice for the over drywall holes in my homeMrM*** got short with me and told me that, what I received was all they were sending meThank God that my insurance company was willing to work with me per my field adjusters report and my original invoiceDennis and his one helper did an amazing job repairing the holes and drywallPhew!! O, I would also mention that the $referral program that Rainaldi promised, still waiting...since OctoberGuess that's advertisingAgain, call several times, again the ladies in the office keep giving me the run aroundThey take the information(I guess) and say they will get back with meNever hear backA JOKE! My daughter used*** for her repipeSure wished I had

They have a rating of A+ for a reason, their service is excellent! I used them 13 years ago for a re-piping job at my house, and I just had them re-pipe my parents house. Their service and concern to work with their customers is wonderful! Very pleased.
