I am rejecting this response because: owner is trying to say there was nothing with table and chairs when I purchased them There were a few imperfections and I asked that they be repaired before delivery and they were notDriver went over some with a pen when he arrived but then we noticed more He said someone would be out to repair table leg and they have not Driver also pointed out where two chairs were coming apart on the seats He noted that they would be replaced as well as two more ordered Since then one of the damaged chairs legs have started folding back and it in not function able As I stated previously, delivery driver pointed out to me that chairs seemed to be just glued together without any dowels or any type of security, therefore, they couldn't hold up very well Owner of store offered to replace table and chairs or have furniture repair person to look at it but I don't want poorly made furniture from this store or the chairs I have to be repaired If you buy a new set you expect that it should hold up more than or months Owner called me today and said she was going to buy back my table and chairs but was not going to pay the delivery fee of $to have someone pick it up She started screaming at me and asked why I filed a complaint on her I told her that was the only I could get her to respond She did call me back immediately after Revdex.com contacted her Before, I would send her an email about something and she wouldn't respond and after a week I had to call her and she apologized and said she got my note but had not had time to call me I want money back for table and chairs plus delivery fee I have already paid of $and store to pick up furniture at no cost to me I do not appreciate owner calling and screaming at me Very unprofessional Because of her irrate attitude with me, I would also request that a third party pick up the furniture from me

The client had been in to look at this table & chairs before buying it. It was exactly the table & chairs delivered to her home via a contract delivery service that she paid. Somehow, it was no longer satisfactory to her. I offered to replace the pieces she had issue with
as soon as they came back in stock. The manufacturer is now a week behind in getting them. I will happily give her a full refund - with NO 15% standard re-stocking fee - if she'd return the table & chairs. She does not want to pay the contract delivery service to pick it up from her home & return it to my store
