Jim did an excellent job measuring for my countertops Cassie was very helpful in the showroom The installation was on time and perfectly done Peter, while a very busy guy, really came through and made it all happen Therefore, I recommend Affordable Granite if you are looking for a professional job with reasonable prices

Although we initially had difficulty contacting company about our project, not answering phone-we drive there twice to get questions answered. Once we contacted the owner, he did get back in a reasonable time, even on a Sunday. The counters were put in quickly, correctly, professionally and the installers cleaned up afterwards. We would hire again.

I had a positive first meeting in the home office. I picked out granite from a large warehouse. No disappointment there. The template was done accurately from what I could see. That's where the positives end. I played phone tag to book installation with them calling me back on days I said I would be at work. Then when I called to confirm time of install and the balance to be paid the day before installation, I got no return call. On the day of install, they cracked my granite but didn't call with that info until after a customer service rep answered the phone and investigated the situation. Ultimately they never showed that day and did not bother to call to apologize or reschedule. I had to call them days later. Then they failed to measure the stove opening before applying the apoxy to one small slab! Of course I called and left yet another message about the problem requesting a call back but, no call back. The check for the balance has had a stop payment placed on it and I bet I get a call about that...
