The client was advised of final payment via phone call, voicemail, text, and initial invoice.  A week after final payment was due, Ms. [redacted] still had not responded.  Carnival Cruise Line policy is the full deposit of $150 for cancellation.  I waived Round Rock Travel's cancellation...

fees for Ms. [redacted] as a courtesy.  Round Rock Travel did not keep any of the deposit as the attachment shows from Carnival.  Please advise if there is anything else needed in regards to this matter.Regards,[redacted]Round Rock TravelOffice Manager[redacted]
