They charged me last fall for a tune-up for my furnace Octobet 21st, 2015 and it was supposed to include air conditioner tune-up this Sprine. I made an appointment la week ago for today at 5:30 pm. I left work early and was home before 5:00 to make sure I was here and avoid traffic. They didn't show up, never called and do not answer their phone. This is about the third time they did this. I didn't care about the other times as they were going to do plumbing work and I list trust in them anyway. I only called them back because I already paid for it. This is not only false advertising, but they are stealing from people including me.
