I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn regards to the soot on the siding, we have attempted several times to clean it and have been unsuccessfulThe siding is ruined and needs to be replacedIn regards to the overall function and repair of the fireplace, Affordable Heating has been unable to provide us with a working product and unable to repair the faulty product they installedOur dilemma is this Regarding Affordable’s solution to have us contact the *** companyI have In fact contacted the *** company many times, and they have told me it is an issue with the installation and repair of the fireplaceHere is a quote from one of the many e-mails they sent me. It really does sound like the issues are not product related, but down to installation, sor something environmental Our dilemma is this, Affordable blames the product that *** produced and *** blames the service or and/or set up affordable has providedWhere does this leave us? We have a fireplace that has never worked correctly and continues to cause problemswe have tried to be patient, but this has devoured tons of our time And we feel we’ve gotten nowhereNot sure what the next step isHoping the Revdex.com can assist us

Affordable Heating & A/C and a
technical representative from [redacted] Fire Place set
an appointment to meet with homeowner's on 12/11/2017 at 3pm. During that visit the fireplace was evaluated and it was admitted by the homeowner that he had made attempts to
clean inside the fireplace after...

the service technician from Affordable Heating & A/C
was at their location. During the time the customer was attempting to clean
fireplace the hood was damaged and logs were moved out of proper position. The owner of Affordable Heating & A/C also pinned logs in
place to prevent from moving. The remainder of operations of fireplace were checked and in working order. [redacted] will ship the hood replacement and Affordable Heating & A/C
will install it at no charge to the customer. The customer stated that the original complaint
should have been directed to [redacted] and not Affordable Heating & A/C. The situation has been resolved to the
satisfaction of the customer. Thank you.
