A couple weeks ago ,I had a run out &’ they were awesome and very quick and nice , I had a run out in the middle of the night with no heat and it was very cold &’ I have a baby at home , they came out right away and were very respectful got me up and running with heat within the hour and fixed my issue right away ?? Loved how this company took care of me when things were bad, On April 25th 2020 my furnace stopped working on me in the middle of the night, I was able to call at 3:20am Leave a message an someone called me back within minutes. Spoke with a very nice gentleman an he had someone come out within the hour.. I was told I need to install a new unit which the scheduled for the morning, my unit was installed an up and running by that afternoon... I’m so thankful because I didn’t know what to do...

We had a terrible experience with this company. They charge you for work that doesn’t need to be done. Our furnace is only 4 years old and when they came to service it, they told us it wasn’t up to ‘code’ and would need over $600 in new parts to bring it up to code. We called our town building inspector to ask if it could be possible that our new furnace wasn’t up to code and they laughed. Unfortunately, we had already paid these guys almost $700 which we’ll never see again. Beware!

My home boiler would not turning on so I search online for a HVAC company to look at this issue and to get my boiler running, I have a 6 year child in the house and I needed to get this fix fast. I found a company call AFFORDABLE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING, LLC. a tech came onto my home and within 2 minutes the boiler was on, he said he check the Chimney and according to him everything was good, I asked him how my system is looking, he said that system looks real good and that I should be fine, after I pay him $211.00 I left the boiler the same way he left it but the next day the boiler shutdown again. I call the company and spoke to another person and he told me that the switch that he reset may be faulty and maybe another controller.???? How can he know all of that? he was not the tech that came over my home. Well he said that he spoke with the tech and that he told him that. I said to him why this was not done the day he came? and why the tech told me that my boiler was in great shape. Now he wants to order parts. The tech said that he was going to call me and let me know how much the part is going to cost. never call, I try calling him he did not pick up. I called the company and the same guy pick up the phone so I asked him the same question above and why the tech said that he was going to call me but never did?? he said that the techs don't call customers back !!! What? Now I am confused. This guy was Rude and started laughing at this situation. I said you fine this funny? He then said you want me to order the part or what? I said to him you don't even know how the part looks or if it is that the issue... You was not the one that came to my house and now you saying parts. Why this was not done when the tech came?? you got a 200.00 for turning a switch on. now you are saying a need to get a new switch and more parts!!! All of this should it been done on the same day that the tech said that the boiler is in good Shape.
