Review: I called this company because I was having problems with my A/C system ,He came ,I showed him that the system was leaking a lot of water in the basement and it wasn't cooling off at all ,so he start checking and told me that the system needs the refrigerant so I said that if that's going to fix the problem go ahead , it worked for one day, but the next day that same problem came back again , I call him back to see what does he have to say and His answer was that He doesn't have time ,that He is too busy that he fix the problem and the worst thing that I have a broken English and if I need him to come back ,I have to pay him another $89.00 now I have no central air working and I have 2 kids this guy can not be in business any longer ,It's been 3 weeks already ,I need all my money back ,I pay him $ 390.00 thank youDesired Settlement: If they want to stay on business they need to start respecting his customers

Hello, My name is [redacted]. In Reff: to Complaint [redacted] # I spoke to Ms. [redacted] & explained that I had a problem with my Computer, & I did not receive the complaint. She told me she would MAIL me a copy by U.S. MAIL. I just received it yesterday on 8/19/2013 My explanation is as follows ( When I arrived at Ms. [redacted] house I told her that she was low on freon, it needed to be charged up to stop the coil from freezing up. & leeking water on her floor. Freon is $50.00 a pd. & she only had enough money for the service call & the freon. I explained to her that we charge $280.00 for a leek test & 2 return trips & DYE included. She decided to only go for the trip charge & the freon, with NO leek search. I been doing this type of work for 46 years & never had 1 complaint. I am very polite to my costumers. I only get COMPLEMENTS to the Revdex.com from my costumers. When Mrs. [redacted] called my phone the next day she started screaming at me & saying that I had to come to her house RIGHT NOW !!!!!! I told her that I would be glad to come back to check the system NO CHARGE, But if the freon leaked out I could not recharge for free as I explained on the FIRST TRIP. I told her that she had to be patient & wait her turn witch was the next day, because I had a full DAY. For DESIRED SETTLEMENT I am willing to give her a free service call ( TRIP CHARGE of $92.00 BUT NO LABOR OR PARTS ) Her service call was performed during the worst HEAT WAVE.
