I have finally had a chance to review the
service records and discuss the situation with the technician involved. I am
assuming that your system is still
working properly since the last repair.
I would like to apologize for all of you inconvenience with regards to
the performance of your newer system
I cannot confirm that the leaks were a
result of an installation issue or a poorly manufactured fitting on the TXV
Regardless of the cause, I feel that in this particular circumstance that we do
owe you a refund/ credit for some of the services that we have performed
According to our records, we have billed
you $and $320.17. It is important
that both air conditioning units and furnaces be serviced on a regular basis (a
requirement as stated in the warranty information) whether the unit is
malfunctioning or notThat being said, I would like to credit you $less
the cost of one Air Conditioner Clean and service $totaling $
I hope that you’re A/C unit will continue to
give you good service and that the credit on your account/refund is acceptable
to you
Please contact me if you feel that this
resolution is not adequate and I can certainly reevaluate your concerns

An estimator was sent over to discuss repairs. Customer did not have much money to spend so asked to purchase the materials on her own. When the plumber arrived the faucet and spout she bought would not work with the existing application so we supplied a faucet so that she could finally
have use of her faucet, the faucet came as a package with a few items that were not used. I have a very different story from my plumber that what she has told myself and has relayed to you. We will credit her $and I agree that we should part ways and she should find a different contractor that will do what she wants for the price she feels she should pay

This is the case of a customer hearing what they want to hear and expecting free service. Our records show that the call was received to find and repair a water leak in the bathroom area and leaking through the floor below but not knowing the origin of the leak.  The plumber was dispatched and...

diagnosed the problem as an unrepairable leak in the faucet body for the tub.  Our plumber relayed the information and approximate pricing for replacement.  The customer declined repair and stated they would replace themselves.  Our records show that our plumber was at the call for approximately 12 minutes.  A minimum call is exactly what it states......A minimum. Quigley Smart would have normally waived the charge or reduced it if there was an honest misunderstanding or economic hardship, but this person was so rude to the office staff we sent her to collections after 45 days

Your account does reflect a zero balance and a statement will be mailed to your today.  Quigley Smart has issued the credit amount of $656.20 and believe that is a sufficient amount.
